One of the goals of improving the quality of education is the process of teaching and learning in the

classroom. The main purpose of the teaching and learning process is to change student behavior
based on the goals that have been planned by the teacher before the learning activities take place.

Changes in student behavior in educational goals are divided into three categories. They are the
cognitive domain, affective domain, and pshycomotoric domain. Cognitive domain refers to
students' understanding of teaching and learning materials. Affective domains refer to student
interests and student attitudes. The pshycomotoric domain refers to student progress.

When the teaching and learning process is assumed to be a process of student behavior change, it
means that evaluation of the teaching and learning process becomes more important.

Then what is the learning evaluation system that should be done by teachers or educators to
learners. The most common thing to do is through the assessment or measurements made by
educators or teachers on the development of learners. In the learning evaluation process, teachers
usually use the learning evaluation system through test or non-test and in the learning evaluation
system through the test or through the non-test the teacher must have a standard assessment
system in accordance with the rules agreed in school. Suppose the learning evaluation system
through the test that is by giving a written test or oral, then non-test learning evaluation system
using a system of assessment how the development of students both in terms of affective and
psychomotor students. Every teacher who teaches English is easy but it is difficult for students. The
cause of the problem is how do we so that the English material that we provide can be accepted by
students with the maximum and there is a positive response from students. Teaching English lessons
is not just delivering the finished material, the important material that has been submitted in the
right without the psychological attention of our students. Does not a teacher want students to feel
comfortable and happy about the material in conveyed with the right method. If students are
comfortable and happy with the way we teach the material we submit to students will be quickly
accepted by children. To know that the teacher has provided the proper teaching method required
instrument to collect data in measuring student achievement.

Basically the instrument is divided into 2 ie test and non test
