Dear Sir:

I enclose herewith the "Schedule Rev 8", the request for extension of time as agreed in the
various conversations and meetings with you (Ings. Responzable), this schedule reflects
the causes not attributable to our contractor during the execution of the activities envisaged
in the Schedule Re 7 (2172-TR-14386 / V-2172-0527B-0423)

As background, we inform you that from September 1, 2014 this has been reviewing the
impact events AUSENCO (Issac Ordoya, Fernando Paredes) and CAMESA (Italo Rodrigo)
affecting the schedule Re 7 attributable to AUSENCO. This analysis was done respecting
the constructive logic, durations and sense of "contractual timetable" and milestones.

Importantly CAME SA, according to the committed schedule tracking (16/10/2014), kept
bringing more resources and maintaining a fast pace in order to meet the milestones set
out in that schedule, ending October 21, 2014 the construction stage.

Listed below are each of the incidents in the table in Annex 01, this table contains the
underpinnings with which CAME SA requesting the extension of time.

With the above indicates that the new dates according Schedule Rev 8 are as follows:
