a. Having an unbiased and objective employee treatment can help a company retain
valuable employees and reduce human resources costs. In a company that values
workers for their contribution to the business, employees experience high morale and a
positive attitude toward the organization. Workers with a positive attitude are loyal to the
organization, which reduces employee turnover.
b. Board of Directors can manifest a proper professional behavior to elevate the trust of
their subordinates. A good leader is also a good follower. Companies with a healthy
corporate culture gain a positive reputation among potential workers, which may attract
talented and skilled workers to the organization.
c. Considering the employees opinions and concerns can elevate the improved morale
of workers in a company with healthy corporate culture increases productivity. When
workers increase productivity, the financial health of the organization improves, and
profits increase.
d. Inspiring them to be united can create an atmosphere for workers to deliver products
or render a service that meet those high standards.
3. Moral principles and ethics are a part of family values that cannot be taught because a
human being has its own distinct personality that reflects his identity as a person. Yes, it is true
that family is the greatest foundation of all things. But, it cannot be denied that moral values are
not being taught in many homes as they used to be. A one's life is not only revolves inside
"home". Time will come we will pursue our own dreams and on the journey we will meet several
persons, go to different places and experience alike cultures and traditions. Those things will
influence our moral principles and ethics.
It will support on what General secretary Philip Parkin told to his delegates at a recent
conference, Im making no judgment on this, but the focus on the primacy of the individual,
rather than community; the changing pattern of family structures; the shortening of the length of
many relationships; the creation of many more step families; the emphasis on parents going out
to work and the consequent perception of the reduced value and worth of the full-time parent
have all changed the way we behave.
Indeed, children who have been raised in a context of moral relativity can be expected to
producing offspring who would also find it difficult to take a moral stand. If this is the case,
perhaps neither institutions nor families are considered to be the source of moral values in
modern society. Maybe its time to rethink our foundations, and consider an ancient source that
still remains relevant: the Bible. It is the greatest evidence of teachings to acquire a right moral
principles and ethical values.
