Observation

I am organizing an adult-directed learning experiment in which children will have the
opportunity to play and answer questions displayed on the ball.
Objectives:
The children will further develop the skill of:
1. (3.6)- thinking critically about the content of reading
2. (5.1)- throwing speed, distance and accuracy improve
Materials:
Carpeted sitting area
Toss n Talk ball
Implementation:
1. The children will then be able invited to come and participate with the material.
2. I will have the children sit on the mat in a circle.
3. Using the environmental cues, the children will get the chance to freely explore
the mat.
Teaching Strategies:
Modelling:
While explaining the game to children, I will demonstrate how the game is played. The
children will then get to toss the ball to their classmates.
Questions:
The children will get questions to answer on the material that has been brought.
