Dakota has a great sense of humor, which helps him get through the daily challenges of teaching! He was very flexible and took advice well. He would incorporate my suggestions into his future lessons and always strived to prepare great lessons that were engaging for the students. He was excited about the outcomes he had to teach and it showed in his lessons! He is well respected by the students and had great communication skills when teaching and interacting with them. He listened intently to them when they shared their ideas with him and he supported and encouraged them in their work. He is working on improving his transitions throughout the lessons and breaking activities into smaller steps. As well, making sure the students are working to their best abilities throughout all the activities and ensuring high learning standards are reached. Excellent work in your PS1 Dakota and I know you will do very well in the remainder of your practicums.
