Its the school of thought that believes that ther is an order of things which is superiorto the manmade
law ,inoder words its believes in the metaphysical ,and it is transcendental in nature ,eternal. To a
naturalist law is not contained in a legal framework hande down by mere sanctions but law is the ideal
concept towards which mene should strivwe to conform .lastly natural law fdpocuses on delegge
ferendaas pposed to de legge lata.

In discussing Ntural Law in relation to Afro as ian antecedent I will make reference to two nations viz
EGYPT &MESOPOTAMIA

The usual assertion that Greece and invariable Europe is the origin of civilization will be dealt with as a
big falsehood that has deprived the African continent of its status and appendage in the world today
four literary materials will also aid in enuciating this truth viz

Europe is the origin of civilisatio cannot hold sway and therefore baseless and amountys to conspiracy to
shut out Africa from worlds contribution ,it also depunked the popular assertion of SAMUEL JOHNSON

The basis of Egyptian civilisastion is River Nile and with this they were able to contribute their quota to
the world for instancwe ,the Egyptians showed the world the concept of Irrigation ,and also the art of
sowing and reaping ie Agriculture,calenderthat we have so commonly distributed now was invented by

as adivine beingio.e half half man,half god or duivne . jurisprudence was thought out by the Egyptians to
sanctify,legitimize the power of the pharoas for thepurpose of obtainingbobeisance from the slaves . the
whole idea of the philosophy of law in Egypt was torationalise the pharaohs kingship and also to
preserve the city states
