Andhra chicken fry is a simple, spicy and delicious chicken fry recipe which is a popular menu
in most of the Andhra Restaurants. It is also known as Kodi Vepudu.

Preparation: POPULAR
Marinate chicken pieces with ingredients under marination and let it rest for 1 Chicken 65
hour in fridge.
Heat a pan with oil, add the chicken pieces and shallow fry on medium ame until
nicely browned and cooked (don't do over fry).
Kadai Chicken
When the chicken pieces are almost done, add curry leaves and coriander leaves
in to it.
Serve hot with the choice of your roti or rice.
Harees / Aleesa
Note: Instead of shallow frying, you can add only 4 tbsps of oil in to the pan, and
cooks the chicken pieces (by covered) until done.
