AT&Ts investments in technology infrastructure help drive
Southwest Minnesotas economy for consumers and businesses.

Capital Investment in Minnesota:

AT&T has invested nearly $350 million in our Minnesota networks from 2014 through 2016, including
adding new cell sites and network capacity. These network investments have given AT&T the most
wireless coverage in Minnesota.

AT&T Investment in Southwest Minnesota:

AT&T has also made signicant network investments in Southwest Minnesota. So far in 2017, AT&T has
made 26 network improvements to cell towers on its 4G LTE network in 25 communities across
Southwest Minnesota, with more investments planned yet this year.

AT&T has also made 79 baseband network upgrades in 66 communities in Southwest Minnesota that will
allow for the next generation of wireless technology.
