Started in 2000 as a proprietorship firm, Neebal Learning Pvt Ltd was established in the year 2012. This was
after the years of hard work put by the founder and director Mr Jude Miranda. As an institution focused on
teaching technology, we have been focused on making the lives of the students better by making sure that they
learn the concepts rather than preparing them for a job or an exam. This approach towards true learning has
generated successful careers of a number of students and also served as a platform for upcoming and potential
teachers.
 As an institute we have achieved the following

1. Taught over 15,000 students within an yearly footfall of approximately 1000 students. This was possible
with an excellent staff of 5 teachers. All of this with 0 marketing expense. These alumni are part of companies
such as Google, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon and others. These students also went on to earn their
Masters degree from universities like UCBerkley, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Carnegie Mellon, UCLA and
the like

2. Taught students with background ranging from 7th grade school students to 15 year experienced
professionals who want to deep dive into the field of programming. Students from engineering background
come to us from different parts of the country and different universities including IITs, NITs and US
universities.

3. All courses follow the practical learning approach where the students are given laptops to practice and
execute the learning in real time with instant feedback from the professor.
4. In 2016, forayed into the world of electronics where the focus remains on practical learning with exposure
to comped circuitry.

5. As a research institute, involved in research projects in the field of electronics making POCs for
multinational companies in the field of Robotics and IoT.

6. Undertaken various corporate trainings in India and abroad in the field of mobile development and Bigdata.

7. Currently investing in creating a proprietary product which takes out teaching methodology to the world by
making our courses available in real time online using a web application. This product in its nascent stage has
been used by more than 70 students in the last year without us doing any marketing. The application has been
used by teachers both in India and US to teach students worldwide.

Job Responsibility
Drives curriculum planning and assessment for the computer programming courses
Provides vision and leadership promoting consensus building and collaboration.
Assists the Company in building a solid foundation for growth of technology programs.
Researches/scans external environments to keep abreast of current trends and need for future educational
services in field.
Resolves student complaints and other issues.
 Mentors undergraduate majors in computer programming and computer science.
Ability to translate the Companys mission and values into action.
Designs and implements new and innovative programs and business solutions.
Inspires, motivates and guides others toward goal accomplishments.
Consistently develops and sustains cooperative working relationships and fosters trust.
Encourages and fosters an environment which allows the free form of communication to share ideas and
other contributions.
Maintains a high degree of business ethics and integrity and sets examples for same for employees in all
business dealings.
 Qualification
An extensive, advanced and current knowledge of computer programming and computer science or closely
related field.
Deep knowledge of C, C++ , JAVA and Data Structure.
Understanding of the various methods of adult learning, education deployment/delivery including distance
education/online services and classroom.
Knowledgeable of government regulations with regard to higher education.
Superior communications and outstanding interpersonal skills.
An ability to teach undergraduate, graduate and corporate.
