Jordanian Bilal Rubys credentials, both in terms of telecommunications
solutions experience and college education, more than equip him
to head project operations at Power Horizons. Holding a Bachelor of
Science in Telecommunications Engineering, Mr. Ruby has acquired
more than ample experience and skills in studying, surveying and
capturing clients needs.
