Dear Engr. Juson,

We are pleased to submit our offer for your consideration as follows:

One (1) Set UL/FM Fire Pump Electric Driven with Jockey Pump, controllers and accessories
One (1) unit - PEERLESS (USA) Horizontal Split-Case, Centrifugal Fire Pump, UL Listed & FM Approved,
Model 5AEF8, capable to deliver 750 gpm at 231 ft (100psi.) TDH, cast iron pump casing, bronze impeller
with integral rings, bronze casing rings, grease lube bearings, bronze shaft sleeves, flexible coupling and
coupling guard, Coupled to Wye-Delta Starts, ODP F1, 1.15 SF, US Electric Motor, UL Listed, 75Hp,
380Volts, 3Phase, 60Hz, 3600rpm, clockwise rotation viewed from the driver end (motor to pump). Pump
and Motor mounted on a common fabricated non-drip rim base.

Fire Pump Controller:

One (1) unit - Firetrol (USA) Fire Pump Controller, Wye-Delta Start, Open Transition, Model FTA1300-
AM075F for 75Hp, 380Volts, 3Phase, 60Hz with voltage surge protector, main disconnect switch, circuit
breaker, single handle isolating disconnect switch/circuit breaker mechanism, motor contactor, emergency
manual run mechanism, minimum run timer, LED graphical display (power available, alarm, system
pressure pump running, interlock on, fail to start, phase failure, overvoltage, undervoltage), digital
pressure display, USB host controller & port, pressure transducer. All wired in NEMA Type 2 Enclosure.

One (1) unit - "Grundfos" Vertical In-Line Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump, Model CR10-7 capable
to deliver 55gpm against 270 ft(115psi) TDH, constructed with stainless steel (SS 304) impellers, chambers
and sleeve and shaft, cast iron base and housing, coupled to a 7.5hp, 220-277/380-480VAC, 3phase, 60hz,
3500 RPM, TEFC electric motor.

Jockey Pump Controller:

One (1) Unit - Firetrol (USA) Jockey Pump Controller (Across The Line), UL Listed, Model
FTA550F-AG007F for 7.5Hp, 380Volts, 3Phase, 60Hz with motor circuit protector, HOA selector switch,
minimum run timer, on-delay timer, control circuit transformer, pressure transducer. All wired in NEMA
Type 2 Enclosure.

Total Price, FOB Davao City Php 1,107,239.00 (Inclusive of 12% VAT)(including testing and commisioning)

Delivery : 20 weeks upon receipt of P.O. w/ DP

Terms : 40%DP Balance COD
Warranty : One (1) year against factory defect.
Validity : 30 days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) Goods sold are not refundable. Replacement of goods is subject to verification from Grundfos sales personnel in charge and
management approval.
2) Non-common or indent product(s) are not allowed to be returned unless with Grundfos management approval.
3) Grundfos reserves the right to impose 30% cancellation charges in the event of a cancellation of a confirmed order.
4) Terms and conditions of this quotation are deemed valid unless stated otherwise in resulting purchase order.
5) Grundfos reserves the right to reject the conditions in the Purchase Orders, if found unable to comply to.
6) All claims on discrepancy in delivered goods should be issued with clear descriptions within seven (7) days from date of delivery.
7) For cash on delivery (COD) order, Grundfos reserves the right to hold delivery of goods until receipt of full payment.
8) Delivery time stated above is based on seafreight (standard delivery method) unless stated otherwise. Additional charge applies
for off-standard delivery method.
9) Delivery time may vary, subject to stock availability at time of order. Exact delivery time can only be determined upon processing
of orders and confirmation from factory or manufacturer for indent product(s).
10) Price and delivery are subject to change without prior notice after validity period.
11) Service requests are always chargeable based on our standard rate.

GRUNDFOS WARRANTY

Grundfos products are warranted against product and material defects for a period of 12 months from date of
purchase but not more than 18 months from date of dispatch from our factory. This Warranty shall only be valid if the
product is installed correctly in accordance with Grundfos Installation and Operating Instructions Manual and accepted
codes of good practice.

Grundfos will not be liable for damage or wear to products caused by abnormal operating conditions, unauthorized
alteration or repair, or the product is used for an application which has not been recommended by Grundfos.

Grundfos liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing at Grundfos option without charge,
F.O.B. Grundfos factory or authorized service center, any product of Grundfos manufacture. The defective product
must be returned to Grundfos or its authorized service center, freight prepaid, documentation supporting the warranty
claim must be included, such as proof of purchase.

Any products which have been supplied but not manufactured by Grundfos are subject to the warranty provided by the
manufacturer of said products and not by Grundfos warranty.

Grundfos will not be liable for any costs of removal, installation, transportation, or any other charges which may arise
in connection with a warranty claim.

The decision of GRUNDFOS in relation to any claims or dispute over the warranty is final.
