Inner World

What you see, what you do, your future, your past it is all
within you, every experience and every action taken has
been given birth from within you. Everything you see
through your eyes is a reflection from that which is in front
of you, it is sensory data being processed by our brains.
There is a world within us, a world which holds many
mysteries and hidden gems for us to find, sadly most people
on this planet will never embark on the journey of self
exploration and that truly is a pity.

Everything made by mankind that we see today has been

given birth from the inside out. First we perceive the world
that is in front of our eyes, then an idea is born, from which
idea sparks a whole gamma of colors named "Emotions".
We use the colors to guide our "Spirit" and shape our
thoughts into a material manifestation.
Everything which has been created by us is a fruit of our
consciousness and subconsciousness, this means that we
are the ones that create and we are the ones that have the

3
The Tiny Book Of Wisdom
ability to change. Our inner world is where all the magic
happens, and it is afterwards expressed into the external
world we revere to as the physical world.
Both worlds work hand to hand, meaning that whatever
we perceive from the physical we manifest into our Inner
World, hence we make an image of that specific thing and
start constructing on top of it, adding layers of emotions
,adding thought and giving it a functional role. After that is
done, given the sequences that we have made in our minds,
we now have the ability to alter the external subject based
on the blueprint we have made for it in our minds.
Most people think that this is an autonomous procedure,
but really it has taken the role because they let it. Once we
realize that the ability to change how we perceive the world
is hidden within us, we are given a golden opportunity and
ability to change the way that the world makes an impact
on us. This means we can end our struggles and give birth
to a whole new specter of emotions that were left dormant
in our consciousness, to the point that we never knew they
existed.
Some people never really get to experience Love on this
planet, they think that love is a mixture needing, wanting,
lusting, loving people purely for the benefits they receive as
a return value be it emotional comfort or any sexual
benefits. True love is always unconditional, it is a mixture of
trust,peace,abundance and mostly respect.
Sadly even if one is to look inwards and find the key, he
will only see pain and suffering once he opens the door, not
the pain and suffering of any other given individual but his
own self created and buried pain and suffering.

4
Our inner world is held within the walls of the body, that is
Inner World
where the saying "My body is my home" comes from. So
from here on out we will be talking about all that happens
within ourselves.
Most people think that the body of a man is the man
himself but they are extremely wrong on this one. Our
body is to some extent self conscious, it has the ability to
function on its own without our consciousness being
cursor. For example, when you eat something, do you
consciously digest or does the body do it autonomously.
There are thirty seven point two trillion cells in the human
body, working individually for the sake of our existence and
we take this for granted. Every now and then one should
always appreciate the complexity of his existence, for it
opens up a great appreciation for that individual.
If the amount of cells isn't enough to make you wonder,
these cells are powered by an even greater amount of
atoms, roughly around seven billion, billion, billion, atoms,
which is a seven followed by twenty seven zeros.

It is quite foolish for a man to think that this body, being

so complex is not affected by many of factors. The air we
breathe, the food we eat, everything has an impact on the
way we function even the alterations of our body parts
makes a whole chain of reactions from within us. When we
move our limbs the way we breathe changes, our whole
chemistry works ro compensate for our actions, not only

5
The Tiny Book Of Wisdom
does it work but it actually fuels the motion we bring into
life.
Everything is interconnected by energy that is guided by
our brain and sent trough out the nervous system, we can
look at it as a internal wearing system that allows bio
energy to flow through it. This Energy is guided by the
Brain itself, the same kind of energy used in neurons but
with a different frequency and attitude.
Everything in this world has its own kind of energy that
structures its being into reality, this energy has been named
by many cultures in different ways like: Ether, Reiki, Chi.
There are many names for the energy, but at its core it is
what it is.
Everything that comes within our body gets processed
using our own energy. The way we consume and function
also has a certain amount of energy that is required to fuel
our deeds. Although we have the ability to gather this
energy from everywhere around us, the way we use it
defines how good our life will be, as we only have so much
space to store it.
The more we waste it on things that stop us from moving
forward, the more of a burden we will create in life and the
more drained we will be at the end of every day.
For example, using our energy to fuel hate will lead us
towards a path of negativity, if we use our energy to fuel
love it will lead us towards a path of abundance. Our life's
trajectory depends entirely on where we place our energy
and how we use it.
Looking at life as energy in motion allows us to actually
make a visible line at where our downsides are. By

6
downsides I mean areas in life which drain us on any level
of existence, be it emotional, mental or physical. Lets look at
the three aforementioned as three creeks, interconnected
with small bridges that allow the flow of energy to pass.
Changes in our body will spark the nervous system, which
will scratch our emotional response leading to a connection
with the mental perception of the whole circuit. For
example: Someone touches your body, based on where and
how this will create a emotional response which afterwards
leads to a mental structure that will be analyzed by the brain
and certain thought scenarios will be
Inner World
derived based on the whole situation.
The crazy thing about this is that we actually have full
control over this whole process. The whole process has
precognitive memory which we have made over time,
leading to an automated response. Lets say we have a
negative image in our minds of the person that touches us,
the whole response system will be based on that image
itself, hence if we change the image we change the
response.
Now this leads us to the outcome that the way we
perceive the world changes the way we react to it and
mediates the changes in our body, emotions and mind.

The human brain is a tool operated by our consciousness,

we don't understand how consciousness works, nor do we
need to but understanding how our brain works allows us
to make life a bit more easy and acceptable.

7
The Tiny Book Of Wisdom
Over the years we've used our brains in a wrong way,
hence giving birth to the human mind, which is the source
of all of our illusions. The mind stores images of the world
and allocates a response to them. Let me give an example
here. If we enter a room for the first time, everything will be
new to us, it will trigger emotional responses created by the
mind, if we stay in this room for a long period of time these
emotions will fade away, everything will become indifferent
and we will start seeing it in it's pure form, if we stay even
longer our emotions will turn to negative ones that will
leave a mental strain and give birth to nonacceptance. This
is all based on the image created within the mind, except
the point where everything is indifferent, this point is pure
and we can see things for what they truly are.
Our consciousness and our souls are made in such a way
that they never stop, we always seek to expand,
experience and explore. This is why when we stay too
long in one spot our mind starts to turn negative.
The human mind at a point of non seeking is composed
of images, illusions false interpretations and lies, but within
all of that there is a hidden gem, the truth, for if something
is within our minds then we hold an interest towards the
truth of that given subject.

Two

The Mechanic of
Manifestation

Although the concept of manifesting nowadays has been

shifted into some sort of magical phenomenon as to where
people make a wish and it appears in a given amount of
time, the truth behind the whole concept isn't lacking much
behind itself.
To manifest something means to bring it from your
consciousness into the physical existence, for example you
want a new car and it manifests into your life at a given
point.
Tales go that once we make a wish directed at the
universe it has the power to manifest into our lives even
without putting any effort into the whole process, like a
magical spell that helps us get what we want. The ones that
don't believe are the ones that have never tried. It really is
hard to grasp but manifestation works and it is no lie, but I
must say that there are some requirements for this spell to
actually work.

9
The Tiny Book Of Wisdom
There is a great law that I really admire, the law of
"Equivalent Exchange". This is law states that for something
to be obtained, something of equal value must be lost. Now
the word "Lost"

10
can be interpreted in some other ways too because some
people don't feel everything as a loss. Let me give an example
on this one. We want to eat apples, fresh apples, hence we
need to go out, find a tree and put in effort to collect the
apples so we may eat them. Now we see how the law works,
in order to obtain apples, we must lose our time and energy
into finding a tree and gathering them. Funny as it is, this law
actually works for everything. I've personally dedicated some
time to try and notice which things bypass the law, only to
have fail'd.
Now with the aforementioned taken in advice, we can see
one aspect of the mechanics behind manifestation.

Now let us have a look and see how the art of manifesting
works and what are the requirements that one should need
to have in order to achieve such magic.
If we want something from the universe, it will provide us
even if we don't put any effort into it but there is a small price
we need to pay for the things we get. The price itself isn't
anything physical, it is just "Trust". Now you might think that
this is funny, but if you do so then let me tell you that you
have never trusted at all.
Trust is not only a notion, it is the ability of acceptance and
to some extent the ability to look into the future. Most
people nowadays will say that they trust you only for the
short duration of when they are with you, once they leave
viewing sight the mind will start to work and bleed out all sort
of scenarios for them to indulge in. Don't trust me? Let me
show you! When you meet someone , pay attention to your

11
The Tiny Book Of Wisdom
thoughts, you will see that they are going in a specific
direction, probably very small in amount, afterwards when
you leave that person, pay attention yet again. You would
have found out that the thought cycle had
The Mechanic of Manifestation
taken a whole new specter and a whole new trajectory, also
the amount of thoughts would have increased. But we won't
go into that, this is just an example to show you that trust
goes a long way, it has to be on all levels in order for the mind
to adapt to it, this is due to the interconnections of all things
within us,
we can't fully trust something in our mind if the emotions tell
us not to.
So now we know that there is a need of alignment before
asking the universe anything, an alignment in our core being.
We need to "Lose" our doubts and innacceptence of the
whole subject itself in order to "Obtain" our wish. This is why
I noted that some people don't see this as a loose, yet it is
still part of the law of Equivalent Exchange. After we are able
to do that, the rest will be in the hands of the universe.
Now comes the big question. Do you trust yourself to find
Trust? Can you do this for something that has no negative
sides to it and nearly no efforts. Hope you can because most
people actually fail.

At its core manifestation is simply alignment. The

aforementioned allows us to align our consciousness, placing
small tags in the subconsciousness. When we say we truly
want something and wish upon it, the wish doesn't only go

12
to the universe, it goes to our inner universe too. When we
know what we want our consciousness will natural pick up on
life scenarios that might help us find a faster way to the
things we want. Things we can naturally skip along the way
of progression. Look at it as placing a small sticky note in the
brain that we see now and then. We will have a deeper look
at this phenomenon's mechanics in chapter 10 "
Manifestations into reality".
Finding trust in what you truly want goes a long way,
because we not only trust our concept, but we trust
ourselves on a core level, knowing that sooner or later we
can reach the given thing. If we do this and just "KNOW" it
will happen, all negative viewing points will stop popping up.
You can see it as a way of saying "NO!" to your negativity
without having to go through all that internal battle.
Looking something with a negative perspective shuts down
the viability of all the positive aspects of that given thing,
hence our consciousness doesn't come in contact with them.
This means that we can never benefit from the positives,
because we don't really see them.
By placing trust into something and letting go of it we aren't
only letting go of the subject, but we are letting go of our
judgement and expectations along the way. Judgement and
expectations are only images made by the mind so we may
alter somethings appearance to suit our needs or make our
detachment from it easier. It really depends on the image and
action. Now I must say that this goes a long way because its
not only a logical assumption, it is also an emotional and
mental perception of something. For example, we are eating

13
The Tiny Book Of Wisdom
a burger, the taste isn't good but we want to encourage
someone to try it, most people will say that it tastes great but
the thing is that they can't lie to their emotions and mental
perception of that burger, this is how the body works. If
something has a negative impact on our body and mind a
chain reaction will happen, we can say that it is good but
every other cell in us will lead to the opposite.
People need to understand that we are capable of
manifesting great things into our lives but the judgement and
expectations shift the reality of what we want, at the end we
get something
The Mechanic of Manifestation
different, not because it didn't happen but because we had
made a image unsuitable to that specific thing.
Honestly the way people perceive the word
"Manifestation" is really misunderstood. It doesn't only boil
down to magic and patience. Although it is still ok if we go
where we need to go at the end of the day.

14
Three

The Ego

The ego is revered to be one of the most negative

aspirations of an individual but little do people know that it
is actually the binding blocks that hold us tightly gripped to
this physical existence.
People have the tendency to look at the "EGO" as a stand
alone image that we identify with on a daily basis. Now this
isn't wrong but it isn't right too, this representation of the
subject lies somewhere between the truth to the so-called
"Ego's" way of functionality.
There are two ways to see an individual's attitude and
see if it is egoistic or not, also there is one other hybrid
state which I call the state of "Balance". Lets have a look at
the first two and then well move on and have an overview
of the third state.

Nowadays people think that spirituality is all about getting

rid of our ego, but actually it has nothing to do with that.
The first state which defines an egocentric person is "Service

15
The Tiny Book Of Wisdom
to self". The state where the actions of one given individual
gravitate
The Ego
towards self benefits, even if those actions compromise the
integrity of others. This would be the true meaning of the
"Ego" image that everybody is looking at.
Now If I have to be completely honest, these type of
people succeed most in life, because they don't take in
attention the well being of others, the only know their goals
and nothing goes between both the "Self" and its goals. This
way of action is derived from the current social demand on
labor, hardship and also created from the fear based model
of existence that we have integrated into the daily lifestyle.
The whole way we live today gravitates our actions towards
self sustainability, which means that the service to self is the
most important segment towards finding a peaceful life,
which tends to fail in the long run.
When we have one person doing this peace can be
obtained, but knowing that everyone integrates this model
into their lifestyle leads to the idea that as you may
compromise someone else's integrity, the same could
happen to you, hence, leaving you at a state of downfall, be
it emotional, mental or physical belongings wise.
The main weakness of this self serving model is the
nonacceptance of taking a downfall, this means that this
individual will be greatly impacted if someone uses his
model against him in the same fashion, this leading to a
chain of negativity that radiates in a persons actions as well
as his social interactions.

16
Typically these kind of people have a good wealth
accumulation ability but they lack in social life and
happiness. This happens mainly because the persons
consciousness is aligned towards fast gain, backed by
suitability instincts, closes the doors to refined social
interactions, locking happiness along the way. We are social
beings and need to find an outlet for self expression to feel
happy.

The second kind of Ego state will be the service to others

state. This state is revered to be the path towards love
freedom and all of that good stuff that comes to us through
spiritual teachings. As good as it may sound this model isn't
easily integrated into society, that is where the "Balanced"
one comes in but we will have a look at that in a bit, for now
lets see what the service to others holds within its core
function.
Having a look back to my favorite universal law about
"Equivalent Exchange" or in other words "What you sow is
what you reap". This stating that when you do good, good
will follow. Whatever we place in other people will grow and
eventually come back to us in a different form. This goes
hand to hand with the aforementioned mind image
mechanic that we had a small look at.
When someone has a bad image of us in his mind, do
something good for him and show that the image is wrong.
When we do good to others we change the way they see
us towards a more loving polarity. This doesn't mean that it
works only on a physical level, like bombarding someone
with expensive gifts, it is the good that we do from within.

17
The Tiny Book Of Wisdom
For example taking some of our time to help someone else.
Putting our needs down for a bit so we can focus on other
peoples needs and such.
I did mention that this Ego model isn't easily integrated
into society and here is why.
With the current demand on life that w have, taking a
model of life which is soulfully based on service to others
leads us towards a path of exploitation, we will find
ourselves being used more and more as we integrate into
the concept. This
The Ego
happens because the "Service to self" and " Service to
others " models are like two opposites that have the
tendency to suck on each other like a black hole. One thinks
he is doing good and the other thinks that good his actions
are doing good and are attracting people to help him move
forwards towards his self sustainability, hence taking in for
granted the help he receives and even having expectations
of this being a long lasting thing.
Even so, the person who provides help will still have the
benefits of self growth and learning a new way of
understanding, at the end he will end up loosing a lot of
time and efforts that
will not benefit his life demand conditions.

The third "Ego" model that I think is the most balancing

one is service to self through service to others.
This means that we try to help ourselves as we help others
in need, or in other words working with other people,

18
helping each other make most out of live circumstances as
they progress along the way towards development.
This is the best model, also trying to reach pure "Service
to others" along the way is one great benefit as we surround
ourselves with positive people that have the same life
model. There is noting more sweet in this world than a
helping hand and a shoulder to rest your head when you
need to.

Now with those three models out of the way, lets have a
deeper overview of the "Ego" structure itself and see what
actually builds this so called phenomenon.
As I said, most of the people would think of the "Ego" as
an image or an aspect of a given individual, but it actually
has a way more complicated structure than just a simple
segment of the personality.
The Ego itself is actually a cluster of negative nerves and
responses structured as a defensive system, formed
through negative experiences in the past, structuring
something that resembles a defensive system to protect
ones goals and dreams.
Let me give an example on this one.
We are born with a crooked nose, people see this and
make fun of it, this gives birth to negativity within due to the
nonacceptance of the "Self" structure withing the eyes of
others. This action by itself will form an autonomous
response within the ego structure. The person will start
consciously looking down or away from the faces of others,
only not to consciously see the responses his nose create
within others. The egoistic mind would think that this is a

19
The Tiny Book Of Wisdom
defensive strategy and will sooner or later evolve into a
pattern, hence the person will start to do this without
noticing, forming something like an autonomous response.
This in the long run will boost the egoic perception and will
make things even harder because this aspect of the self
would have gained weight, thus when someone makes a
remark on the subject it will trigger an even harder defense
response, meaning that the person would now think of
something to say in return, transferring the negativity back
only to keep his egoic integrity intact.
Now this is just an example of one given thing, there is a
wide verity of these ego segments existing on all levels of
consciousness and we can't really address all of them here.

The moral of the story is that we can never truly get rid of
our ego, although that doesn't mean that we can't clean it
though and make life easier. For within itself it holds the
moving force that sets the guiding markers we use to strive
achieving better things life.
Four

Spirituality

20
Spirituality is the quality of being concerned with the human
spirit or soul as opposed to material or physical things. So
many people are opening to the wonders of spirituality
today that it is an amazing feat to watch. Issue is that not
everyone understands what spirituality is all about. Most
look at it as going in a cave and forsaking society for a long
period of time or giving up on everything they love in hopes
of becoming better people. Although this will make you a
better person, there is one small thing that we lack to see as
we go through out the progression cycle and that thing is
our intentions.
Thinking that you simply need to give up on some things
in life would make you a better person is wrong, because
the intentions that stay behind the whole notion are too
selfish and derived from a source of spiritual greed. Yep that
is completely right, just because you are on a road towards
a spiritual life doesn't mean your greed is gone forever.
It is not giving up on the things we love that matters most,
but it is learning not to place a huge importance on them to
the point where they can mediate life circumstances and
have an impact on us without our conscious acceptance. For
example, you buy a new expensive phone and place such a
huge emotional value on it that it's image is now locked
within your heart. You end up braking it on the second day
and fall in a state of depression and anger. Thus the small
metal plate has the ability to change you even for a small
period of time. This is because we have placed so much
worth into that object it now holds greater significance than
our own mental being.

21
The Tiny Book Of Wisdom
The significance of spirituality is defined by the person,
this isn't any subject in school that has more importance
than the other. Spirituality grasps the whole spectrum of
life, it is the way our perception works and the way we
function as a whole.

The journey of spirituality begins from within and is

expressed into the physical world as a derivative of the
changes we go through.

Money a source of emotions

I can't lie, money is a source of happiness, not the money

itself but the experience we create using it. Although it can
be a source of misery too, which is the case for most people.
If you listen closely to people you can find out that the one
most common thing everyone wants is a substantial amount
of money, the idea itself being backed up by an even bigger
amount of desires which one can find fulfillment in.
Even if a person is to receive a big sum of money, freely and
effortlessly granted to him, he would still be the same
person, he would still be miserable despite being happy for a
small period of time and let me tell you why.

See, we look at all these people that have a vast source of

income and finances behind them, afterwards wanting to
achieve their success and trying to walk their shoes, learning
as much as we can from these people, only to fail.
The thing is that "Those" kinds of people are at that given
position because they function in a different way compared
to

29
Money a source of emotions
us. Most will see what a person is doing and how he started
off at point "A" and went to point "B", but there is one crucial
aspect that is missing and that is all the small points between
"A" and "B".
Making money isn't about getting an idea and seeing the
outcome of that idea, that only creates expectations that one
can't even fathom to see manifest.
If one is poor and he is to get a huge amount of money, he
would end up wasting it and being poor again, because gainig
money is backed by the experience behind it. Once someone
reaches from point "A" to "B", only then may he actually find
peace and know that money will follow, for he would have
found the experience needed, alongside the right morals and
approach.

Only when we find the inner riches may we manifest them

into a physical existence, but as we find the inner riches, we
start to lose our need to obtain physical gain, not because we
can't but, rather we have found something that is more
expensive than anything else life can provide, what is left is
only the need of experience which may lead us to a more
wealthy, yet well balanced and sustained lifestyle.
The thing with money is that the more you chase it, the
more you get drained and lose yourself in the process and
nobody else but you can obtain that which is desired.

30
Let us leave the topic of physical gain and have a more in
depth look at how money has an impact on us as individuals,
on an inner level.

We do not look at money as a source of fulfillment in any

The Tiny Book Of Wisdom
given way. When we look at money by itself we see noting
more than painted paper, it is withing that paper that we
have stored our dreams and wishes, hence we do not see
money as anything that holds any value, it is the value we
have stored for ourselves, the value of our wishes, dreams
and emotions which is projected at money itself, when we
come in contact with it,
we do not feel it as anything which hold power within itself,
we feel the power of manifesting our wishes.
If we had everything granted, money would have no
different of a purpose than toilet paper. The size of our
dreams and wishes connected to it defines the impact it will
have on our life, the size of our needs defines the impact it
will have on our current situation. People always get
depressed and angry because they don't have much money,
but the reality is that they have placed dreams beyond their
reach which result in the aforementioned. That is why the
saying goes like this "The less we have the happier we
become". Even if that is so, this does not change our needs
as they are derived from current circumstances, meaning
that sometimes things are beyond our control.
To be able to gain sovereign and Independence from the
financial system you would have to live in nature and find a

31
means of self sustainability, otherwise the world is what it is
and you would inevitably reach a point where contact
between you and money would be needed.
Even so, we can still regulate the intensity of that impact,
doing so can only open up paths that would otherwise be
blindsided by ignorance, greed, and lust.
It does not matter how we respond to one given situation,
the only thing that matters are the choices we take to dance
with it, the choices being derived by our emotions and
mental
Money a source of emotions
perception.
The so-called "System" is not the source of our misery, it is
actually the opposite, it is a source of exchange and a means
to see our wishes manifest faster. But at the end of the day
it always boils down to what we make of it and how we use
it.

Our brains are restless, even when we sleep they

constantly work to help us reach what we truly want, it is one
thing to want a car and see that wanting come to life, but it
is another thing to want a car, new house, a boat, expensive
clothes, eating gourmet every day. The more markers we
place as wanting the more of a burden we place upon our
brains. This is why money is the main target for our minds
and brains, not because we need it, but because its the
easiest rout towards achieving that which we place as a
target in our brain. It will not look at 100 roads towards 100
things when there is one road to all of them.

32
Money can buy us all the things we want, it can even bring
happiness in our lives, given the individual of course, but
there is one thing that it can never buy and that thing is pure
love. Pure love is not connected with anything physical, it is
a source from within that is composed of many aspirations
that a given individual must have in order to reach the
unconstitutionality of love.
Some think that love is achievable by gaining wealth
because they have found it, but really wealth can only be the
mediator in the whole scenario, everything else boils down
to the individual. Wealth can only shorten the distance
between that which we seek in a given person, for example
being backed up by the wealth needed to travel to a certain
location, where one may find that given individual.
The Tiny Book Of Wisdom
The wealth can provide a means to enrich life experiences
so one may find that which he seeks in another, or to
aspirate that person so he may show his inner wishes to
another, hence they end up finding a similarity of
expression, backed up by wealth as a boost of expression.
if you truly love someone, you would be able to give up
on all of that which is material in order to stay connected,
