SYMPTOMS

-- Problem Statement:
On 12.0.4 in Production:
When attempting to upload a picture for an employee, the following error occurs:

ERROR
FRM-47023 No such parameter named G_QUERY_FIND exists in the form PERWSIMG
FRM-40105 unable to resolve reference to item PARAMETER:G_QUERY_FIND
FRM-47023 No such parameter named PPERSONID exists in the form PERWSIMG

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HRMS responsibility > People > Enter and Maintain
2. query specific employee > Picture button

-- Business Impact:
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload a picture for an employee.

CAUSE

The issue is caused by the following : your PERWSIMG is still pointing to the old form based function.

In r12 the PERWSIMG should be the new framework based function

This is described in unpublished bug 5550902.

This bug takes care of image upload issues faced by customers in R12.

SOLUTION

-- To implement the solution, please execute the following steps::

1. on a test environment ask system administrator/dba to reload the menu loader file

FNDLOAD apps/apps UPLOAD afsload.lct perzzmenuxx00319.ldt

2. Retest the issue.

3. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.

If this does not work you can correct the function manually
