I totally disagree with you Sir! Execution is the most important part to turn your plan into reality. No matter how good your plan is, if your
execution stage is worst. This will affect your perfect plan and cause delay in the project milestone and additional cost in your target budget. If
you have good execution, then that means your project is going according to your plan.

planning. They never did any planning. There was no Baseline Schedule. There was no Cost Baseline. They were just executing the project on
instructions of their client. The project duration was 546 days but the project is still in progress after 6.5 yrs. Due to Scope Creep the project is
not in control and there are so many issues in formally accepting the project deliverable because no body knows who incorporated the change.
The company has spent almost double of what was their Project Price. The company is going to be blacklisted for ever.
Conclusion:
Plan well before going into execution otherwise be ready for a nightmare.

Agree on this, in order to be successful in execution the contractor who will do the task should be involved in the planning stage to agree on
every milestone that was planned and they should be accountable for the outcome not only at the completion of each task.

Nice Question Engineer Mohammad, I would say that the planning phase in any construction project is very important. However, the most
important is the execution phase. The reason i say so, you can start and finish the project without planning, yes you will pay more money, more
1 time, and maybe less quality, but at the end of the day, you will have your project finished. In the other hand, no project can be finished without
execution regardless of how accurate your planning is.

Conclusion: Execution stage is more important that planning stage.
