1 Clean up

1.1 Clean up steps

Go to http://diagnostic.amadeus.com/travelagencies/

Click on the Tools tab.

Click on Support Tools in the left column

And then click on Uninstall Selling platform

Click on the green icon :

Download the program

Click on Open

Click on the .exe file : SellingPlatform_Uninstall_vx4.1_EN

Click on Next

Once finished, please reboot the PC.

2 Installation

2.1 Technical requirements

Full Administrator rights are mandatory to install the application

2.2 Installation steps (IE settings)

Open Internet explorer and click on internet Options :

Click on the Security Tab, and Select the Trusted Sites icon

Click on Default Level (make sure to have Low at Security level) and click on Apply

Click on the Sites button

Uncheck the box Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone

In the Add this Web site to the zone: Add the following web sites one by one.

*.amadeus.com
*.amadeusvista.com
*.amadeusproweb.com

Click OK when done.

The following Trusted Zone settings must be updated before registering a CID:
_ [Automatic prompting for ActiveX download] set to Enable
_ [Download unsigned ActiveX Control] set to Prompt

Turn off your Pop-

Pop-Up Blocker :

Select the Privacy Tab in Internet Options, and uncheck the Pop-up Blocker.
And click on Apply as shown below :

Launch Internet Explorer and go to the registration site by typing in the address field:
http://certificates.amadeusvista.com/sgwadmin

Enter the Certificate number (CID) in the field : 'Amadeus CID:' and click on Submit
request

Note: You may receive a Security Warning, click on Install

The following message will appear once the CID installation has completed
successfully :

And The Automatic Update icon is displayed on the windows System Tray (white A
on blue background) :

Double click on the Automatic Update icon.

The below window will open :

Click on Check updates

When updates have been found by Automatic Update, the list of products will show in
the white box. Click on Continue

Click again on Continue

At the end of the process you can click on OK

Launch the application via http://amadeusvista.com

2.3 Installation with Windows Vista and Windows 7

Open Internet Explorer with Administrator rights in order to register the CID.

To run internet Explorer with administrator rights, right click on Internet Explorer Icon
and select run as administrator
