INTRODUCTION
Dear Friends,
Thank you very much for purchasing our 3D Printer. For optimum performance, safety and convenience, please
read the instruction before DIY.
I. User Information
1. Software:
Before installing and using the machine, be sure to read the following. Do not attempt any user manual does not describe
to use the machine to avoid personal injury and property damage accidents may cause.
The machine is suitable for placement in a ventilated, cool, dry and less dusty environments.
Note that when using thermal printer surroundings, avoid placing on a thick carpet or against a wall.
Do not place the machine near flammable materials or high heat.
Do not place the unit in a larger vibration or other unstable environment.
Do not pile heavy objects on the unit.
4. Follow the standard use of power
Click Setup , pop-up installation window, always click Next to complete the installation.
b. Select "print multiple model" from the "Tools"
v
Open , you can modify all of the printing process control parameters display screen.
a. Recommended parameter settings:
"* .gcode" file to your TF card and then insert it to the circuit board, and restart the power, Select
"From to SD" in the main menu from LCD Control Screen, then select the saved "* .gcode"
If the in-depth studies are needed, please read the following items:
III. Maintenance
3D printer does not require much maintenance. Once you start using, and he can run up to several hours. However, some
of the mechanical parts, especially those parts of the continuous movement, as the longer the beginning there will be
some wear and tear. The following are some tips on how to maintain your machine's instructions.
1. To maintain smooth X, Y, Z light bar: When your machine is running noise and vibration in motion some big,
you need to clean up the slider. Shaft diameter of 8mm, in a case where there is no vibration, can ensure parallel
slide. Add some lubricant to clean up the slider to reduce friction, minimize wear between the casing and the
slider. Take a rag, a few drops of oil, you can slide back and forth on the slider.
2. Supplies in the pyrolysis and again after cooling is not easy to plastics, used a small wire through the next exit.
Of course, we still recommend at the end of the print job, but please try to empty out the residual print material
within the head. This is also the basic maintenance of the 3D printer!
3. Belt tension: If the belt drooping naturally, apparently belt too loose
In general, the belt needs to minimize the slack, but not too tight, not too much to the motor shaft and pulley pressure.
After settle belt, turn the pulley feeling down if there is too much resistance. When you pull the belt, if the belt issue
relatively loud sound, indicating the belt tight.
To test whether the belt is too loose, the front and rear hand rotary motor pulley. If the table moves back and forth
symmetry, then is OK. If the backward delay, indicating too loose. A more appropriate method is to download a
cylindrical test data, if one side is flat, it shows this side of the corresponding shaft belt is too loose.
