PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Practicum in Psychology
(PSY 420)
OBJECTIVES
Provide students the opportunity to decide and choose the line of profession or
field of work (Industrial, Clinical or School setting) they would like to have through
experiencing actual work activities;
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
This Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered into in the City of Quezon,
Philippines by and between:
RADIO GMA NETWORK INC., with office address at EDSA Corner Timog
Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City represented by its Vice President for Finance
and Administration, Mr. EUGENE H. RAMOS, hereinafter referred to as
RGMA.

2. The student interns will be personally responsible for any and all liabilities for
damage to property or injury to third persons, which may be occasioned by their
intentional or negligent acts while in the course of their training;
3. CCP through the faculty advisers shall see to it that the student interns
complete the agreed scope of work within the agreed duration of the program;
4. It is expressly understood by CCP and the student interns that all information
on technology, process standards, quality standards and methodologies,
production capabilities, marketing, finance and all other related documents,
manuals, and operational or technical matters that RGMA Network shall make
available to them shall be used for the sole purpose of student training. All of
these matters are classified as confidential in nature and proprietary to RGMA
Network and the student intern hereby undertake to prevent transfer of such
information by any of its members to any party outside of RGMA Network
without the knowledge and written consent of RGMA Network. The student
intern hereby acknowledge this condition specifically after having read and
affixed their individual signatures to the CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT, a
sample of which is attached herewith, which forms part of this Agreement;
5. Any intellectual property owned by the parties prior to this agreement shall
continue to be owned by them. The student-intern cannot use any confidential
information or data from the company to create intellectual property without the
express written approval of the company;
6. Any intellectual property independently created by the student-intern during
the period covered by the practicum shall be exclusively owned by the student-
intern. Should RGMA Network provide financial support for the creation of such
intellectual property, the ownership of the intellectual property shall be
determined by agreement of the parties which shall be embodied in a separate
written agreement; and,
7. In case the student-intern jointly creates intellectual property with a person
employed by RGMA Network the intellectual property shall belong to the
student-intern and the RGMA Network jointly in equal shares, unless the
parties agree on a different proportion of ownership.
D. DURATION
This AGREEMENT shall hold for the duration of the 2014-2015 Academic School
Year of Central Colleges of the Philippines., and is automatically renewable
every year, provided that RGMA Network and CCP reserve their respective
rights to withdraw their participation in the agreement upon written notice.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed these presents on this
10th day of MAY, 2014 in Quezon City, Philippines.

STATEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY

absolve Central Colleges of the Philippines of any liability in the performance of my
psychology practicum activities.
I further agree not to divulge any information regarding material, cases, names,
concerns, etc., to any party outside of group supervision. Failure to abide by this
agreement will constitute a violation of confidentiality and will be representative of
unprofessional and unethical conduct.

WAIVER FORM
We understand that the said program is a requirement for the completion of the degree
in AB Psychology.
In view thereof, it is understood that we have read and hereby agree with all the
requirements and conditions stipulated in the Practicum Manual. Moreover, we shall not
hold the Department of Psychology, College of Arts and Sciences, Central Colleges of the
Philippines, its authorities and representatives, and the

This form must be initialled by your on-site supervisor during your weekly supervision
session and signed at the end of the term during your evaluation session. The weekly
hours must be recorded and initialled by your on-site supervisor and submitted to your
class professor weekly.

In line with the present thrust of our school in providing a well- balanced academic
program, our senior students of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology are required to complete
100 hours of practicum/internship in the industrial setting. This is intended specifically to
help our students acquire knowledge, skills and competencies in Industrial Psychology.
We believe that your institution is one of the bests to provide these requirement and
training to our students in preparation for their real life challenges outside academe.
Should your policy and program permit, may we request the following students be given
an opportunity to have their On-the-Job training within your institution from May to
June of the present year.
