INSTRUCTIONS TO USERS
As per Companys Company Procedures Manual, Superintendents shall attend the vessel with the
and confirm that the vessel is well maintained and complies with Companys policy, National/Internation
Society rules and regulations. The present Attendance Report, forms part of the company ISM requireme
