I. OBJECTIVES
1. Determines risk factors related to lifestyle disease (obesity, diabetes, heart,
disease);
2. Name the different eating disorders;
3. Identify the picture whether it is an anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge
eating disorder, and emotional eating; and
4. Reflect the importance of engaging in a regular recreation and fitness activities
to prevent health consequences of excessive body weight.

characterized by a pattern of binge eating
and purging in an attempt to lose weight
and/or maintain low body weight.

Binge-eating disorder is an eating
disorder characterized by uncontrollable
episodes of eating excessive amounts of
food within a relatively short time.
Now we are in the last eating disorder
which is the emotional eating, kindly read

Emotional eating is the consumption of
large qualities of food to suppress negative
emotions.
