Headquarters Project Directorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of National Logistics Cell (NLC)

requires the services of following staff for execution of mega construction project located at
various location of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on immediate basis:-

Ser Position Name Criteria

1. Senior Manager Graduation / Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with 15 years
Contract experience of handling mega construction projects. Must be efficient in
(1 Vacancy) drafting and checking of contracts, IPCs / BOQs etc. Must have
worked in NHA projects.
Preference will be given to Retired Lt Col from Army Corps of
Engineers.
2. Manager Contract Graduation / Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with 8 years
(1 Vacancy) experience of handling mega construction projects. Must be efficient in
drafting and checking of contracts, IPCs / BOQs etc. Must have
worked in NHA projects.
Preference will be given to Retired Maj from Army Corps of Engineers.
3. Senior Manger Graduation / Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15
Plans years of experience of planning / monitoring of mega construction
(1 Vacancy) projects.
Preference will be given to Retired Lt Col from Army Corps of
Engineers.
4. Manger Plans Graduation / Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7
(1 Vacancy) years of experience of planning / monitoring of mega construction
projects.
Preference will be given to Retired Maj from Army Corps of Engineers.
5. Asphalt Manager Graduation / Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10-15
(2 Vacancies) years requisite experience of handling plant & equipment, operations /
supervision of Mega Asphalt laying Projects. Individual should have
served at least 10 years at managerial level position.
Preference will be given to Retired Maj from Army Corps of Engineers.
6. Senior Quantity B.E (Civil) with 3-5 years, B. Tech (Civil) with 5-8 years or DAE with 8-
Surveyor 10 years relevant experience in Infrastructures / Roads / Bridges
(2 Vacancies) Projects.
Preference will be given to MES / Army Engineer / Communication &
Works Department retired personnel.
7. Chief Surveyor B.E (Civil) with 5-8 years / B.Tech with 8-10 years / DAE Civil with 10-
(1 Vacancy) 12 years / Surveyor Course with 15 years experience of Planning and
conducting ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevation
& other geodetic measurements. Preparation of sketches, maps,
reports and legal descriptions of surveys.
Preference will be given to MES / Army Engineer / Communication &
Works Department retired personnel.

8. Quantity Surveyor B.E (Civil) with 2-3 years relevant experience in Infrastructures / Roads
(2 Vacancies) / Bridges Projects.
B. Tech (Civil) / DAE (Civil) with 3-5 years experience in Infrastructures
/ Roads / Bridges Projects.
Preference will be given to MES / Army Engineer / Communication &
Works Department retired personnel.
9. Material Engineer B.Sc / M.Sc Geology / BS (Geophysics) / B.Sc Civil Engineering or Equivalent with 5 years
experience or B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma with 10 years working experience as Material Engineer.

 Ser Position Name Criteria
10. Supervisor Plant Minimum Intermediate having 10-15 years experience as supervisor
(2 Vacancies) preferably trained by manufacturer / supplier. Must have knowledge of
JMF, plant capacities and ability to produce asphalt under supervision
of consultant.
Retired JCO / NCO having FE trade will be given preference.
11. Asphalt Plant DAE (Mechanical) with at least 5 years experience of operations and
Operator maintenance of Asphalt Plant, working on mega projects.
(2 Vacancies) Army persons (retired) with relevant experience will be given
preference.
12. Paver Operator Matric with minimum of 5 years experience as Paver Operator.
(2 Vacancies) Retired Army personnel with relevant experience will be given
preference.
13. Operator Matric with minimum 5 years experience as Generator Operator.
Generator Retired Army personnel with OEP (S) trade will be given preference.

14. Operator Burner Matric with minimum 5 years experience as Operator Burner.
(2 Vacancies) Retired Army personnel with AE trade will be given preference.
15. Plant Mechanic Matric with minimum 5 years experience as Plant Mechanic
(2 Vacancies) Preferably trained by manufacturer / supplier. Retired Army personnel
with OEP (S) / AE / VM trade will be given preference.
16. Dumper Driver Minimum Matric having HTV Driving License with 10 years of
(2 Vacancies) experience.
Retired Army Soldier with relevant experience will be given preference.

Note:

NLC offers reasonable salary with an attractive package of fringe benefits as per the
qualification and experience of the individual.
Only shortlisted individuals will be called for an interview for which No TA / DA is
admissible.
Applicant having Graduation / Master Degree in Civil Engineering should be
registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
NLC reserves the right to withdraw / amend the acquiring process at any stage without
assigning any reasons.
