Barangay system provides information and keeping records of their citizens.

This system can process

transactions regarding this barangay by using electronic devices to make the transaction easily and
efficiently. System can monitor the attendance of the employer, payroll and the transaction of the
barangay like providing barangay clearance, cedula, certificate and any transaction you can make on
barangay.

Barangay is known as the basic government unit in the Philippines according to the local government.
As a basic political unit, it is the primary planning and implementing unit of government policies, plans,
program, project and activities in the community. The important service given by the barangay is the
issuance of certification needed by its residents for different purpose such the barangay are lack of
computers for the issuance of certificates, file of paper request and cant inform the resident easily if
theres an announcement and emergency because of this problem the proponents come up with the
idea of proposing a system to help the barangay in organizing their services w/c the authorized
barangay officials can use the system and issue the certificates. Needed by the residence.

Ang barangay ang pinagkukunan ng barangay clearance, cedula, business permit, at indigency. Ang at

nagpapasimula ng kalinisan, kaligtasan sa komunidad. Meron din silang mga programa na pinapatupad
para sa lahat, bata, matanda,babae or lalake pa. barangay din ang nagbibigay proteksyon sa lahat kapag
ang mga natural disaster, may lindol, baha or bagyo.
