50 ml amaretto
5-7ml gomme syrup
Juice of half lemon
Whisky glass full of ice

Into a Boston glass, add amaretto, juice and syrup

Fill up with ice and shake
Strain into a glass
Garnish with a slice of lemon

Cosmopolitan

40ml Absolut citron

20ml Cointreau
Half lime
30ml cranberry juice

Shake all the ingredients together with ice

Strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with an orange peel

Margarita

50ml Olmeca Blanco

20ml Cointreau
Half lime
7ml gomme syrup

Shake all the ingredients together

Put salt around a chilled martini glass
Strain ingredients into glass
Garnish with a wedge of lime

Negroni

25 ml Campari
25ml martini rosso
25ml sloe gin

Poor all the ingredients in a whisky glass with ice and stir all together
Garnish with a slice of orange
Mojito

50ml Bacardi
15-20ml gomme syrup
6 wedges of lime
10 mint leaves
Jar glass and crashed ice
Dash of soda

Muddle together lime and syrup

Add mint leaves after slapped them
Add the rum and ice
Stir together
Fill glass with ice and add soda

Espresso martini

50 ml Absolut blue
15 ml Kahlua
1 shot of espresso
10 ml gomme

Poor all the ingredients together in a shaker

Add ice and shake hard
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans

Breakfast martini

50ml Portobello gin

15 ml Cointreau
Half lemon
1 spoon of orange marmalade

Poor all the ingredients into a shaker and stir to dissolve the marmalade
Fill with ice and shake hard
Strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with an orange peel

Aperol spritz

35ml aperol
125ml Prosecco
Dash soda

Add all ingredients into an aperol glass with ice and stir together
Garnish with a slice of orange
Mimosa

125 Testulat champagne

Orange juice

Put champagne into a Prosecco glass and add orange juice

Garnish with an orange peel

English garden

Mint, cucumber
Half lime
50ml Hendricks
25ml Apple Juice
20ml St. Germaine Elderflower
20ml gomme

Into a shaker
Add half lime and cucumber(cut it in small pieces) and then add mint after slapped it
Add Hendricks, apple juice and elderflower
Add ice and shake hard
Top up a jar glass with crashed ice and then strain ingredients into
Garnish with a slice of cucumber and mint

Alabama slammer (daiquiri on the till)

20ml amaretto, southern comfort and sloe gin

Orange juice

Poor all ingredients into a jar glass with ice

Stir together
Add orange juice and stir again
Garnish with a slice of orange

Bramble

40ml Bombay Sapphire

30ml syrup
of lemon juice
Crme de cassis to colour

Add all ingredients a part from crme into a whisky glass

Stir all together
Add crashed ice
Put crme de cassis into the top
Garnish with a slice of lemon and blackberry
Long Island Ice Tea

15ml Absolut blue, Tanqueray gin, Bacardi, Olmeca Blanco, Triple sec
10ml of gomme
Half lemon juice
Dash of coke

Poor all ingredients a part from the coke into a shaker

Shake hard and strain them into a tall glass with ice
Dash of coke
Garnish with a slice of lemon

Dukes espresso martini

50ml Absolut vanilla

15ml Baileys
15ml Kahlua
! shot of espresso
7ml gomme

Poor all ingredients into a shaker

Add ice and shake hard
Strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with 3 coffee beans

Elderflower fizz

20ml elderflower
50ml apple juice
Lemonade

Poor ingredients into a jar glass with ice

Stir all together and garnish with a slice of lemon
