Ensure that the Project Quality Plan is implemented at all times during the stages of work
Supervised and control all civil works as per IFC drawings and SA standard specification.
Initiate the request for inspection at different stages at the work completion in accordance with the
approved inspection and test plan(ITP)
To coordinate with construction team giving proactive notes for their activities to ensure efficient
and effective execution of working activities.
Develop and maintain criteria for the traceability of inspection points to ensure that all the points
are properly inspected and verified.
Conduct internal inspection for ongoing civil activities and record the inspection findings in the
internal logbook.
Conduct material receiving inspection of Materials.
Surveillance of ongoing activities on daily basis
Ensure that approval is taken for the concrete job mix designs prior to the start concrete activities.
Test results complying with the standard requirement and test result are available.
Attended weekly and monthly Quality Meeting to discuss quality work and related issues.
Ensure that the tests are performed on various type of sands, fill and backfill materials, select fill
marl, base course materials etc. are complying the standards. Project technical specification
