1 Introduction
The purpose of this document is to define the requirements of BM Drive test services for PAN India in
multiple cities of telecom circle with multiple operators operating in multiple circles of India. IWS will
deploy the 2 Drive test Engineers with 2 cars (shift dzire) to measure RF parameters through R&S
FreeRider-III kit provided by Tech M for measuring 3G and 4G technology in different operators.

Drive test plan will be discussed & agreed between TechM & IWS. The Drive test plan will spread
across the next 3 months. Drive test will be carried out at PAN India by IWS. The resources have to
move frequently as per project requirement to cover the cities (inter/intra circles). The amount of
travel/ location change for both resources in a zone is expected to be considerably high during project
execution so IWS resources are required to be in same city simultaneously and make the resources
available as and when required by Tech Mahindra Project Team.

2 Project Scope

IWS has to deploy the 2 DT Engineer & 2 Cars in Pan India basis as per Tech M Project requirement.
Tech M Project Manager will share the details of cities/circles along with Drive test route has to
cover for competing city. Cars has to report to DT Engineers well before 9AM & team has to start
there testing by 9.30 AM at their drive test location. DT Engineers has to upload log files to ftp
server as per guidance after finishing drive and they have to update to Tech M project team on
regular basis for any incident/activity. DT team has to follow all guide lines/checklist provided by
Tech M project team on daily basis before/while doing drive testing.

Drive test equipment & SIM cards will be handover to DT team for using it for Vodafone BM testing
on returnable basis. Any mishandling/warrant void of equipment will be bear by IWS.

3 Terms and Condition:-
Tech Mahindra will not be liable to pay any additional amount other than what is mentioned in
PO.

The project start/kickoff date will be communicated by TechM Project Manager (Yogeshwar
Bidwai). IWS should not start any work until specific instructions received from TechM Project
Manager on an email.
Drive test plan will be discussed & agreed between TechM & IWS.The Drive test plan will spread
across the next 3 months. Drive test will be carried out at PAN India by IWS.
The resources have to move frequently as per project requirement to cover the city/highway
/towns (inter/intra circles). The amount of travel/ location change for both resources in a zone is
expected to be considerably high during project execution so IWS resources are required to be
in same city simultaneously and make the resources available as and when required by Tech
Mahindra Project Team.
The Tech Mahindra Project team will advise IWS, four days prior in case of any resource /vehicle
needs to be moved from existing site location to new location if any.
In case if IWS staff loses any handset / equipment etc:-They must provide Tech Mahindra the FIR
copy and ensure that goods are procured from their budget and no reimbursement will be made
by Tech Mahindra for this lose.
Taxes and duties, incidental expenses such as Interstate Tax, Toll Tax, Parking charges etc: - to
be borne by IWS.
IWS should have backup for Drive Test Services at any point of time such as festivals, health
issue or any other issue during in transit of project.
The Ownership of SwissQual kit (FreeRider III Backpack systems, Master control tablet, No. of
Connection licenses, No. of QualiPoc Android Handsets and accessories) will be taken care by
IWS. Any mishandling like physical damage, lost, theft, kit parts Malfunctioning, etc will be IWS
responsibility and they have to pay penalty to Tech Mahindra if in case any such incident takes
place.
If in case corrupted and missing log files are identified by analysis team of Tech Mahindra then
in that case re-drive will be initiated by IWS and no extra commercial will be charged back to
Tech Mahindra for such type of cases.
The corrupted log files due to mishandling of kit (like UE/power disconnected/cab operation
without AC) will be considered as IWS ignorance and carelessness.
For catering missing route, Tech Mahindra will provide Polygon with drive routes/vectors to go
and follow the route to get it completed. The blockage of route due to construction work/local
issue/Traffic rule can be consider with proper justification however IWS need to submit photo
click proof as an evidence to Tech Mahindra Project Team.

The >3,000 kms will be charged by IWS at Rs-10 per KMs.
The Car Rental Services should have cigarette lighter and DC to AC 600W power inverter facility.
The Car Rental Services type should be Swift Dezire and air condition should be in good
condition.
