DOSAGE: Add one part by volume of DORON WATERPLUG to two parts by volume of fresh Portland cement, and mix quickly. As the mortar begins to stiffen, scoop ‘out by hand, ram into prepared hole and hold firmly until hard set. Mix no more than can be placed in three minutes. ‘The addition of sand will delay the setting time. As a guide, an average mix for rock bolting of one part DORON WATERPLUG, two parts cement and one part sand by volume, will hard-set, in approximately four minutes at 25° PREPARATION: Before mixing, undercut the area around the leak to give a firm, hole ‘of no less than % “diameter. Large holes should be reduced by building up the sides and letting the mortar set before ramming in the final plug.
