1. CONDIZIONI GENERALI 1.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 Liscrizione alla Scuola riservata ai soli Alunni in
regola con il pagamento dei Contributi. Il mancato regolare
pagamento anche parziale dei Contributi comporta
limmediata sospensione dellAlunno dalla Scuola. E fatto
salvo il diritto della Scuola e/o dellAssociazione di
procedere per vie legali al recupero dei contributi. In ogni
caso, nessun Alunno potr frequentare la Scuola nel caso
in cui, prima dellinizio di ogni periodo dellanno scolastico,
non siano stati pagati i relativi Contributi.
1.2 Con la sottoscrizione del Modulo RIS di Iscrizione
alla Scuola si conferma lincondizionata accettazione del
Regolamento e delle Norme Scolastiche e delle Procedure
della Scuola, cui subordinato laccoglimento della
presente Richiesta di Iscrizione, nonch laccettazione di
eventuali integrazioni e/o modifiche delle condizioni di
permanenza nella Scuola.
1.3 I sottoscrittori del Modulo RIS e (se diversi)
entrambi i genitori sono solidalmente responsabili del
pagamento di tutti i Contributi dovuti in forza della
Iscrizione, come meglio specificati allart. 2 che segue. La
responsabilit solidale a carico personale e diretto di tali
soggetti permane anche quando i Contributi siano, previa
richiesta, fatturate a terzi, i quali dovranno, in tal caso,
controfirmare il Modulo RIS di Iscrizione alla Scuola.
2. CONTRIBUTI
2.1 Liscrizione alla Scuola e la frequenza della Scuola
sono riservate agli Alunni in regola con il pagamento dei
Contributi; il mancato regolare pagamento anche parziale
dei Contributi da parte dei soggetti ad essi tenuti ai sensi
del precedente articolo 1. nei termini prescritti comporta
limpossibilit per gli Alunni di accedere e di frequentare la
Scuola.
2.2 Dagli Associati sono dovuti i seguenti importi:
quota di iscrizione per lammissione dellIscritto
alla Scuola;
rette scolastiche annuali in vigore;
rette aggiuntive per eventuali attivit
complementari richieste dallIscritto nella misura
in vigore;
addebiti per costi eventualmente sostenuti per
materiali didattici (a titolo esemplificativo e non
esaustivo libri, cancelleria), servizi (a titolo

1.1 Registration at the School is reserved only for
Pupils in good standing with the payment of the Fees.
Failure to make regular payments, even partial, of the
Fees means that the Pupil shall be immediately withdrawn
from the School. The School and/or the Association has
the right to take legal action to recover the Fees. In any
case, no Pupil can attend the School in the event that,
before the start of each term of the academic year, the
relevant Fees have not been paid.
1.2 Signing the RIS Form for registration with the
School confirms acceptance of the Schools Regulations,
Policies and Procedures, to which t h e acceptance of
the present registration with the School is subject, as
well as any additions and/or amendments that may be
made to the conditions with respect to attendance at
the School.
1.3 Anyone who signs the RIS Form and (if different)
both parents are jointly responsible for the payment of all
of the Fees due for the Registration, as better specified in
art. 2 that follows. The direct and personal joint
responsibility of those subjects remains even when the
Fees, by prior request, are invoiced to third parties, who
must in that case countersign the RIS Form for
Registration with the School.
2. FEES
2.1 Registration with the School and attendance at the
School is reserved for Pupils who are in good standing
with payment of the Fees; failure to regularly pay the
Fees, even partially, by subjects required to under article
1. above, within the prescribed period, means that the
Pupils will not be able to attend the School.
2.2 Members must pay the following amounts:
Registration Fee for the accepatnce of the
Registered to the School;
Annual Tuition Fees in force;
Additional Fees in effect for extra-curricular
activities requested by the Registered;
all charges for educational supplies (books,
stationery, etc.) and services (meals, school trips,
extra sports activities, music lessons, etc.)

2.3 I Contributi sono determinati di anno in anno dal

School Fees & Financial Regulations; in caso di mancato
puntuale pagamento dei Contributi da parte soggetti ad
essi tenuti ai sensi del precedente articolo 1. saranno
applicate le sanzioni indicate nell Opuscolo School Fees
& Financial Regulations.
2.4 In nessun caso saranno restituiti i Contributi versati
alla Scuola e/o allAssociazione.

3.2 Nel caso in cui il ritiro dellAlunno avvenga non nel
rispetto dei termini indicati al precedente articolo 3.1 sar
dovuto dagli Associati e/o dai Richiedenti, a titolo di
penale, limporto pari a quello della retta relativa al
trimestre scolastico successivo a quello ultimo di
frequenza.
3.3 Leventuale sospensione o definitiva esclusione
dellAlunno per motivi disciplinari non esonera dal
pagamento di tutti i Contributi dovuti per lanno scolastico
in corso.
3.2 In the case in which the withdrawal of the Pupil
does not respect the deadlines indicated in the above
article 3.1 the Members and/or Applicants will be required
to pay, as a penalty, an amount equal to the Tution Fee
related to the school term following the last term attended.
3.3 Any temporary or permanent exclusion of a Pupil
for disciplinary reasons does not exonerate the obligation
to pay all Fees due for the full current academic year.

4. DISCIPLINA SCOLASTICA
4.1 Ogni Alunno, quale condizione per la sua permanenza
nella Scuola, tenuto a mantenere gli impegni di studio, a
frequentare regolarmente le lezioni e le attivit didattiche,
a mantenere un comportamento corretto e rispettoso nei
confronti dei docenti, dei compagni, del personale tutto
della Scuola; in generale tenuto ad osservare le norme
disciplinari generali stabilite dal Consiglio
Amministrazione dellAssociazione e dalla Direzione
Scolastica, la cui accettazione attestata dalla
sottoscrizione del Modulo RIS di Iscrizione alla Scuola.
4.2 LAlunno che, allinizio dellanno accademico, ha
sottoscritto limpegno di frequentare le attivit che vengono
svolte nel doposcuola, tenuto a mantenere tale
limpegno; qualora, durante il corso dellanno accademico,
lAlunno rinunciasse a frequentare lattivit sottoscritta, il
Richiedente non potr richiedere la restituzione dei relativi
Contributi versati alla Scuola e/o allAssociazione.
4.3 La partecipazione dellAlunno alle formazioni sportive
organizzate dalla Scuola volontaria. Ci non esime
lAlunno a tenere un comportamento corretto e rispettoso
nei confronti della Scuola e mantenere quindi limpegno di
partecipare allintera attivit che viene svolta dalla
formazione prescelta allinizio dellanno accademico.
4.4 I Richiedenti e gli Associati dichiarano di essere
consapevoli che agli Alunni potr essere richiesto dagli
insegnanti della Scuola, nellambito delle attivit didattiche
e specificamente dedicate allapprendimento delle arti, di
realizzare opere appartenenti, a titolo esemplificativo e non
esaustivo, al genere della letteratura, della musica, della
scultura, della pittura, dell'arte del disegno, dellincisione e
delle arti figurative similari, dell'architettura e della
fotografia (di seguito, tutte congiuntamente indicate le
Opere) sulla base delle istruzioni impartite e nellambito
degli esercizi predisposti dagli insegnanti della Scuola,
restando inteso che le Opere realizzate dagli Alunni,
quandanche recanti in s carattere creativo e valore
artistico, si intenderanno di propriet esclusiva della
Scuola, che sar titolare ab origine di ogni diritto di
propriet intellettuale, morale e di sfruttamento economico
delle Opere stesse, con espressa facolt di utilizzare le
Opere in ogni forma e modo, originale o derivato. Nel
complesso dei diritti morali e patrimoniali di sfruttamento
economico di ciascuna Opera facenti capo alla Scuola
saranno ricompresi, a titolo esemplificativo e non
esaustivo, il diritto della Scuola di esporre le Opere al
pubblico, pubblicare immagini delle Opere su materiali
cartacei ed elettronici, off line ed on line, il tutto nei luoghi
fisici e virtuali ritenuti opportuni, anche nei social network,
il diritto di utilizzare le Opere a scopo pubblicitario e
promozionale, commerciale, e ad ogni altro scopo ritenuto
opportuno dalla Scuola secondo le proprie esigenze ed

4 4. SCHOOL DISCIPLINE
5
4.1 Every Pupil, as a condition of their attendance at
the School, is required to keep up with all commitments to
their studies, to attend lessons and educational activities
regularly, to behave correctly and respectfully towards
teachers, other students and all staff of the School; in
general is required to observe the general disciplinary
rules established by the Board of Governors and by the
di School Management, acceptance of which is hereby
confirmed by the signing of the RIS Form for registration
with the School.
4.2 A Pupil who, at the beginning of the academic
year, has signed a commitment to attend extra-curricular
activities, will be required to maintain this commitment; if,
during the course of the academic year, the Pupil no
longer wants to attend the activity, the Applicant cannot
request a refund of the pertinent Fees paid to the School
and/or to the Association.
4.3 Participation by a Pupil in the sports Teams
organised by the School is voluntary. This does not
exhempt the Pupil from behaving in a correct and
respectful way with regard to the School and maintaining
the commitment to participate in the entire activity which is
carried out by the Team chosen at the beginning of the
academic year.
4.4 The Applicants and the Members declare to know
that the Students could be asked to produce, as part of
curriculum activities and specifically dedicated to learning
the arts, works belonging, by way of example, the genre of
literature, music, sculpture, painting, the art of drawing,
engraving and similar figurative arts, architecture and
photography (below all together nominated Works) on
the basis of the instructions given and within the
framework of the exercises prepared by the teachers of the
school, on the understanding that the Works carried out by
the students, even bearing in themselves creative
character and artistic value, it will be considered the
exclusive property of the School, which will own ab origin
of any intellectual property right, moral and economic
exploitation of such Works, with the express right to use
the Works in any form and way, original or derived. On the
whole of the moral and patrimonial rights of economic
exploitation of each Work belonging to the School will be
included, by way of example, the right of the school to
expose the Works to the public, to post the images of
Works on paper and electronic materials, off line and on
line, all on the physical and virtual places deemed
appropriate, even in social networks, the right to use the
Works for marketing purposes, commercial, and any other
purpose deemed appropriate by the school according to
their needs and to their unquestionable assessment,
without limitation.

6 5. HEALTH OF THE STUDENTS
5. SALUTE DEGLI ALUNNI
5.1 I genitori o chi esercita la patria potest sullAlunno
sono tenuti a comunicare alla Scuola quali siano i
medicinali, soggetti a prescrizione medica, di cui lAlunno
deve fare uso durante il normale orario scolastico, come
pure devono rendere nota qualsiasi malattia cronica di cui
lalunno soffra.
5.2 Ancorch informata delle particolari condizioni di salute
dellAlunno, la Scuola non potr in alcun caso essere
ritenuta responsabile n per la corretta somministrazione
allalunno degli eventuali farmaci da assumersi nel corso
degli orari scolastici, n per qualsiasi altro danno alla
salute dellalunno derivante dallesercizio delle normali
attivit scolastiche.
5.3 La Scuola si riserva il diritto di imporre limmediato ritiro
temporaneo o definitivo dalla Scuola dellAlunno le cui
condizioni di salute fisica o psichica siano, ad insindacabile
giudizio della Scuola, incompatibili con il normale
svolgimento dellattivit scolastica e dei rapporti
interpersonali tra gli Alunni.
5.4 Nel caso di incidente occorso ad un Alunno, la Scuola
provveder a contattare immediatamente chi esercita la
patria potest sullAlunno ai numeri di telefono
originariamente comunicati nel Modulo RIS di Iscrizione
alla Scuola o successivamente comunicati per iscritto alla
Scuola, provvedendo, in ogni caso, allimmediato trasporto
dellAlunno al pi vicino pronto soccorso se ci appaia
opportuno.
5.5 I genitori o i tutori sono responsabili in via esclusiva del
rispetto delle norme in materia di vaccinazioni obbligatorie;
la Scuola si riserva la facolt di sospendere dalla
frequenza gli alunni che non siano in grado di produrre, a
richiesta, copia dei certificati di vaccinazione.
7 6. AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS,
6. MODIFICHE AL REGOLAMENTO, ALLE NORME
SCOLASTICHE E ALLE PROCEDURE
6.1 La Scuola si riserva il diritto di integrare e/o modificare
in qualsiasi momento il Regolamento, le Norme
Scolastiche e le Procedure .
6.2 Le modifiche al Regolamento saranno pubblicate sul
sito internet ufficiale della Scuola (allindirizzo:
http://www.sjhschool.com) divenendo cos pienamente
valide ed efficaci.

7.1 Il Modulo RIS, compilato in ogni sua parte e
trasmesso, debitamente sottoscritto e controfirmato, alla

5.1 Parents or guardians are required to notify the
School of any prescription medicine that the student needs
to take during normal school hours, and must also inform
the school of any serious illness that the pupil suffers from.
5.2 Notwithstanding any prior notification concerning a
pupils particular health conditions, under no
circumstances shall the School be held responsible for the
timely and correct administration of medicines to pupil
during school hours, nor for any other damage whatsoever
to pupil health arising from participation in normal school
activities.
5.3 The School reserves the right at any time to
impose a temporary or permanent exclusion from the
School upon any Pupil whose physical or mental health
conditions are, in the Schools absolute discretion, judged
to be incompatible with the normal carrying on of school
activities and with the conduct of interpersonal
relationships with other pupils.
5.4 In the event of a Pupil being involved in an
accident, the School will immediately arrange to contact
the person with parental authority at the telephone number
originally given upon registration in the RIS Form, or
subsequently notified in writing to the School, and will
arrange, in any event, for the pupil to be taken immediately
to the nearest hospital if this seems advisable.
5.5 Parents or guardians are solely responsible for
compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with
respect to compulsory vaccinations. The School reserves
the right to exclude any pupil from attendance if they
cannot produce, upon request, copies of vaccination
certificates.
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
6.1 The School reserves the right to amend or add to
its Regulations, Policies, and Procedures at any time.
6.2 Any amendment to the Regulations will be
published on the Schools official website (at the address:
http//www.sjhschool.com) thereby becoming fully valid and
in force.
7.1 The RIS Form, completed in all its parts and sent,
duly signed and countersigned, to the School by the
Applicants, allows the Request of Registration process to

7.2 Unitamente al Modulo RIS, compilato e sottoscritto, al
fine di perfezionare la Richiesta di Iscrizione devono
essere allegati i seguenti documenti:
fotografia formato passaporto e copia del
certificato di nascita del soggetto per cui si
effettua Richiesta di Iscrizione;
Learning Support Form compilato in ogni sua
parte;
copia del passaporto o della carta didentit e del
codice fiscale (se disponibile) dei Richiedenti
nel caso di presenza di soggetti terzi che si
obbligano allintegrale versamento dei Contributi
in nome e per conto degli Associati si richiede: a)
per le persone giuridiche, copia della visura
dellente e copia della carta di identit del legale
rappresentante pro tempore; b) per le persone
fisiche: copia della carta didentit e del codice
fiscale;
ultime pagelle dellultimo anno del minore per cui
si effettua Richiesta di Iscrizione, in caso di minori
gi frequentanti una scuola a tempo pieno;
nulla osta del minore per cui si effettua Richiesta
di Iscrizione per minori provenienti da una scuola
statale italiana;
modulo sanitario compilato in ogni sua parte e
fotocopia del certificato di vaccinazione del
minore per cui si effettua Richiesta di Iscrizione;
attestazione scritta del medico curante o dello specialista
in caso di patologie/allergie di minori ovvero di necessit di
trattamenti sanitari specifici del minore per cui si effettua
Richiesta di Iscrizione.
8. ESERCIZIO DI DIRITTI
8.1 Il mancato esercizio di un diritto da parte della Scuola
non costituisce rinuncia.
9. CLAUSOLA RISOLUTIVA ESPRESSA
9.1 La Scuola avr facolt di sospendere ed escludere
dalla frequenza della Scuola lAlunno, al verificarsi delle
seguenti circostanze:
i) mancato puntuale pagamento dei Contributi da
parte dei Richiedenti e/o degli Associati
successivamente al 15 giorno dalla data di
scadenza indicato per il pagamento dei
Contributi;
ii) gravi motivi disciplinari di inadeguata condotta
dellIscritto durante lanno scolastico;
iii) condizioni di salute fisica o psichica dellIscritto
ritenute, ad insindacabile giudizio della Scuola,
incompatibili con il normale svolgimento
dellattivit scolastica e dei rapporti interpersonali
tra gli alunni.
iv) mancata produzione di copia dei certificati di

be completed.
7.2 Together with the RIS Form, completed and
signed, to complete the Request of Registration process,
the following documents must be attached to this form:
a passport photo and copy of the Birth Certificate
for the Pupil being registered;
Learning Support Form duly completed in full;
A copy of the passport or identity card and the tax
code (if available) of the Applicants
in the case of third parties who undertake to pay
the Fees on behalf of the Members, the following
are required: a) for legal entities a copy of the
company registration documents and the identity
card of the legal representative pro tempore; b)
for individuals: a copy of the identity card and the
tax code;
The most recent school reports for the last year of
the child who is being registered, in the case of
children who already attend a school full time;
For the child transferring from an Italian state
school, the nulla osta issued by the previous
school;
Medical form, duly completed in full, together with
a copy of a vaccination certificate.;
in the case of any medical conditions/allergies or special
medical treatments that your child may be having, a written
certification from a general practitioner or a specialist must
also be provided.
9 8. WAIVER OF RIGHTS
8.1 Any failure by the School to exercise any of its
rights shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.

11 9. TERMINATION CLAUSE
9.1 The School has the right to suspend and exclude
a Pupil from attending the School in the following
circumstances:
i) failure by the Applicants and/or Members to pay
the Fees after the 15th day from the due date
given for the payment of the Fees;
ii) serious disciplinary reasons of improper conduct
by the Pupil concerned during the academic year;
iii) conditions regarding the physical or mental health
of the Pupil concerned, considered, at the
discretion of the School, incompatible with the
normal running of the school and interpersonal
relationships between pupils.
iv) Failure to produce a copy of the vaccination
certificates requested by the School.

9.2 Nei casi in cui la Scuola intendesse avvalersi della
presente clausola risolutiva espressa saranno comunque
dovuti, da parte dei Richiedenti e/o degli Associati, i
Contributi per lintero anno scolastico in corso, salvo il
diritto della Scuola e/o dellAssociazione di procedere al
recupero dei Contributi rimasti impagati.

10. DURATA DELLISCRIZIONE
10.1 LIscrizione avr durata dalla data di sottoscrizione
del Modulo RIS per lanno scolastico per cui stata
formulata Richiesta di Iscrizione alla Scuola e si rinnover
per i successivi anni scolastici in assenza di recesso nei
termini di cui allart. 3.
11. LINGUA UTILIZZATA
11.1 I genitori/tutori e la Scuola concordano
espressamente che la lingua utilizzata per tutte le
comunicazioni Scuola/Famiglia, per la definizione dei
regolamenti, delle norme scolastiche e delle procedure,
anche disciplinari, per ogni aspetto della vita scolastica, sia
la lingua inglese.
12. TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI
12.1 I Richiedenti e gli Associati, con la sottoscrizione del
Modulo RIS, autorizzano il trattamento dei dati personali
propri e dei soggetti per cui formulata Richiesta di
Iscrizione alla Scuola, consapevoli della circostanza che il
mancato consenso comporterebbe limpossibilit per la
Scuola di accettare la Richiesta di Iscrizione e di dare
esecuzione al Contratto; la scelta delle singole opzioni di
cui ai successivi articoli 12.4, 12.5, 12.6, 12.7 effettuata
dai genitori Richiedenti ed Associati in comune accordo tra
loro.
12.2 I dati saranno trattati dalla Scuola, in qualit di
responsabile del trattamento, nel pieno rispetto delle
norme di cui al D.Lgs. 30 giugno 2003 n. 196 ai fini
dellesecuzione del Contratto.
12.3 I Richiedenti e gli Associati potranno accedere ai
propri dati e dei minori per cui formulata Richiesta di
Iscrizione in qualsiasi momento ed esercitare i diritti di cui
all'art. 7 D. lgs. 196/2003.
12.4 La Scuola potr, salvo consenso negato dagli
Associati e comunicato per iscritto alla Segreteria della
Scuola, comunicare i dati degli Associati agli Associati che
ricoprono il ruolo di Rappresentanti di classe ed alla
organizzazione degli Associati denominata Amici della
Scuola.
12.5 La Scuola potr, senza limiti di tempo, salvo
consenso negato dagli Associati e comunicato per iscritto
alla Segreteria della Scuola, utilizzare le fotografie e/o le

9.2 Where the School intends to make use of this
termination clause, in any event, the Applicants and/or
Members will be required to pay the Fees for the entire
academic year, without prejudice to the right of the School
and/or Association to demand repayment of unpaid Fees.
10. DURATION OF THE REGISTRATION
10.1 The Registration will last from the date of signing
the RIS Form for the academic year for which the Request
of Registration with the School was made and will be
renewed for the subsequent academic years in the
absence of withdrawal under art. 3.
11. LANGUAGE USED
11.1 Parents/guardians and the School expressly
agree that the language which shall be used for all
School/Family communications, for the regulations,
policies and procedures, including discipline, and for every
aspect of School life, is English.
12. PRIVACY
12.1 The Applicants and Members, by signing this
Form RIS authorize the processing of their personal data
and the data of the subjects to whom the Request for
Registration applies, aware of the fact that lack of consent
would make it impossible for the School to accept the
Request for Registration and to implement the Contract;
the choice of the single options set out in the following
Articles 12.4, 12.5, 12.6, 12.7 is made by the Applicant and
Associate parents in common agreement between them.
12.2 The data will be processed by the School, as the
body responsible for processing the data, in compliance
with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 for the
execution of the Contract.
12.3 The Applicants and Members will be able to
access their data and that of the children to whom the
Request for Registration applies at any time and exercise
their rights under Art. 7 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
12.4 The School can, unless consent has not been
given by the Members and this has been communicated in
writing to the School Secretary, communicate the
Members data to Members who are Class
Representatives and to the Members organisation
Friends of the School.
12.5 The School can, no time limit, unless consent has
not been given by the Members and this has been
communicated in writing to the School Secretary, use
photographs and/or images of the subjects to whom the
Request for Registration applies for promotion of the
School.
12.6 The School may, no time limit, with the consent of

12.7 La Scuola potr per scopi promozionali, senza
limiti di tempo, previo consenso degli Associati, fotografare
e/o ritrarre anche a mezzo video i soggetti per cui
formulata richiesta di iscrizione alla scuola durante
qualsiasi tipo di evento interno o esterno alla Scuola
organizzato dalla Scuola ed inserire le fotografie, le
immagini e i video (mai i nominativi) che ritraggono i
soggetti per cui formulata Richiesta di Iscrizione alla
Scuola nel canale YouTube, e/o sulle pagine istituzionali
della Scuola create sui social network (quali a titolo
esemplificativo e non esaustivo Facebook, Twitter,
Pinterest ecc., di seguito, per brevit i Social Network),
,fermo restando che linserimento di fotografie, immagini,
video (cos come di qualsivoglia genere di contenuti) sui
Social Network ovvero nel canale YouTube non tutelato
da riservatezza e comporta la concessione a YouTube
ovvero ai Social Network, ed a tutti gli utenti di YouTube,
e/o dei Social Network, da parte di coloro che prestano il
consenso, di una licenza ad utilizzare, riprodurre,
distribuire, visualizzare ed eseguire i video, le immagini, le
fotografie ed in genere i contenuti caricati in YouTube e sui
Social Network in connessione alla fornitura di ogni
servizio fornito da YouTube e dai Social Network ed
allattivit commerciale di YouTube e dei Social Network.
13. VARIE
13.1 Ogni modifica a quanto sottoscritto nel Modulo RIS
dovr essere approvata per iscritto dalle Parti.

12.7 The School may for promotional purposes, no
time limit, with the consent of the Associates, also
photograph and video record the subjects to whom the
Request for Registration applies during any type of event
organized by the School, both internal or external, and
upload photographs, images and videos (but not the
names) portraying the subjects to whom the Request for
Registration applies on the YouTube channel and/or
institutional pages of the school created on Social
Networks (such as but not limited to Facebook, Twitter,
Pinterest, etc. below, for brevity, the Social Networks), it
being understood that the photographs, images and video
upload (likewise any kind of content) on the Social
Networks and/or the YouTube channel is not protected by
confidentiality and involves the concession to YouTube
and/or Social Networks and to all YouTube and/or Social
Networks users (by all those who shall provide consent) of
the license to use, reproduce, distribute, display and run
the videos, images and photographs and, in general, the
contents uploaded on YouTube and on Social Network in
connection with the provision of every service provided by
YouTube and Social Network and YouTubes and Social
Network commercial activity.
