The affiant swears under oath that he has probable cause to believe that certain laws have been violated in Lake County, Florida and that on or about November 25, 2016 and January 1, 2017, Chad Robert Corriveau did commit Sexual Battery under Familial Authority (Domestic) (F.8.8. 794.01 1(8)(b)), and Showing any Obscene Material to a Minor (Domestic) (F.S.S. 847.0133). 1 2, ‘That the events hereinafter set forth occurred at [MMMM Groveland, Lake County, FL. On September 20, 2017 Deputy Seth Luppino notified his supervisor, Corporal Sandra Chessher of a phone call he received from Alicia Corriveau. Deputy Luppino advised that on September 7, 2017 Alicia Corriveau called him and advised| informed her that in November of the year a [the defendant, kissed her on the mouth, kissed her breasts, secured her to a sex swing, digitally penetrated her vagina, and inserted a sex device into the juvenile victim’s vagina, On September 22, 2017 the juvenile victim participated in a forensic interview conducted at the Lake-Sumter Children’s Advocacy Center. ‘The juvenile victim was found to understand the difference between the truth and a lie, and indicated she would tell the truth during the interview qualifying the juvenile victim to testify, The juvenile victim indicated that sometime during Thanksgiving break of the year 2016, the defendant showed the juvenile victim pomography which was presented via the defendant’s cell phone. The defendant rubbedthe ice on her body and then inserted the ice into her vagina by pushing the juvenile victim’s panties to the side, 9. The defendant retrieved a camouflaged bag and a black bag from the garage. From the camouflaged bag, the defendant retrieved Velcro restraints which had a chain in the middle. 10, The defendant had the juvenile victim move from the living room to the master bedroom at which time the defendant removed a “bar” from the black bag, attaching the “bar” to the bedroom door. The defendant then attached the juvenile victim to the “bar” and digitally penetrated her vagina. ‘The defendant removed the juvenile victim from the “bar” and placed her face down on the bed.
