STATEMENT OF JURISIDUCTION

The petitioner has approached the honable Supreme Court of Bambia under Article 134 of
Constitution of Bambia, feeling aggrieved of the decision passed by the honable High Court of
the Province.

ARTICLE 134

An Appeal shall lie to the Supreme Court from any judgment, final order or sentence in a
criminal proceeding of a High Court in the territory of India if the high Court
(a) Has on appeal reversed an order of acquittal of an accused person and sentenced him to
death;

THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS WERE RAISED BEFORE THE HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT OF
BAMBIA:

WHETHER RAMPON WAGED WAR AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT UNDER SECTION 121 OF
INDIAN PENAL CODE, 1860?

II.

WHETHER THE FUNDING OF RAMPONS TRUE-SOCIALISM LED TO THE OFFENCE OF MONEY-


LAUNDERING UNDER SECTION 3 AND PUNISHABLE UNDER SECTION 4 OF PREVENTION OF
MONEY-LAUNDERING ACT, 2002?

WHETHER THE ACTIVITIES DONE BY RAMPON AND HIS INSTITUTION WERE UNLAWFUL
