Terms and Conditions

I. Name of the Offer One Time Screen Replacement at just INR 990/-

II. Provided by Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd.

III. Offer period, Place


& Outlet Coverage >21st September to 21st October 2017 (both days inclusive) Valid in Pan
India. Offer shall be available on purchase of products from all general trade &
modern trade outlets & also from Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store) and
any other e-commerce portals (Offline Outlets & Online Outlets).

> Samsung reserves the right to extend or annul the offer period at its
discretion.

V. Eligibility Criteria >Customer needs to purchase the new Product during the Offer period and
activate on or before their respective Offer Periods, failing which the
customer shall not be eligible for the offer.

>This One Time Screen Replacement at Rs.990/- can be availed only if the
Product screen is broken for any reasons whatsoever. Scratches on the screen
or damage due to liquids/fluids shall not fall under this offer. To qualify the
screen as damaged shall be subject to the discretion of the Samsung
authorized service centers.

>Offer shall be applicable only on fresh Product(s) purchased during the Offer
Period. Demo units sold to customers or any bulk sale to corporate or any
other institute or individual shall not be eligible for this Offer.

VI. Offers: >One Time screen replacement at just Rs. 990 within 12 months from the date
One Time Screen of activation during the stipulated time as mentioned above in the eligibility
Replacement criteria c olumn.
VII. Redemption of One >Every customer who has purchased and activated the Product during the
Time Screen Offer Period shall also be eligible to avail the One time screen replacement
Replacement offer offer by paying just Rs.990 at the time of replacement. The offer can be
availed starting from 7th day post the date of activation of the Product till a
period of 12 months.
>The offer can be availed only once by visiting the authorized service center of
Samsung.

VIII. Verification of the >Before availing the Offer, customer will be required to handover a copy of
documents the invoice to the authorized service center, issued by the respective Online or
Offline Outlet at the time of purchase of the Product and produce the original
invoice along with the same for verification.

>In case any documents/invoice are prima facie found to be false & fabricated
or the original invoice is either lost or torn, customer shall not be eligible for
the Offer and the same shall stand forfeited and no claims shall be
entertained in this regard.

IX. Forfeiture clause For One time screen replacement offer


(i) In case the customer activates the product after the Offer Period he/she
shall not be eligible for the offer.
(ii) Also if the customer doesnt avail this offer within 12 months from the date
of the Product activation (i.e. during the stipulated time as mentioned above
in the eligibility criteria column) the offer shall stand forfeited and no claims
will be entertained in this regard against Samsung.
X. Conditions related >One time screen replacement shall be on As Is basis & as per part(s)
to One time screen availability. Samsung shall not be responsible for its non-availability due to
replacement offer various reasons like climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business
exigencies, Government decisions, operational & technical issues or any other
force majeure conditions etc.

>Offers cannot be exchanged with any other product or item, are


non-transferable & cannot be en-cashed under any circumstances.

XI. Publicity >Customers unconditionally consent to accessing/use of information and/or


images of Participant (if any, clicked or shared by Customer) by Samsung or its
authorized agency for media coverage, advertisement or publicity for present
& future communications without any further consideration to the Participant
including promotion of its products anywhere in the World.

XII. General Conditions >Customer agrees that Samsung shall not be liable for any claims, costs,
injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the
Offer or with the acceptance of this offer.
>Samsung reserves the right to change/alter & modify the terms & conditions
of this Offer or extend or annul any part or whole offer at any given point at
its sole discretion without giving any reason whatsoever.
>Samsung reserves the right to substitute the One Time Screen Replacement
offer and other offers with some other gift(s) of equivalent value under this
Offer at its sole discretion without giving any reasons.
>Samsung shall not be liable for any technical, physical delay in transmission
or submission of the entries by the customer or any disruptions, losses,
damages, computer related malfunctions/ failures which affect the
participation of the customer or any force majeure conditions or damages
caused by Act of God, Governmental actions.
>Failure by Samsung to enforce any of its right at any stage does not
constitute a waiver of those rights.
>In no event shall Samsung be liable for losses or any incidental or
consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer, its
services these Terms(however arising, including negligence). Samsung shall
not be responsible for any product or service liability of any kind.
>In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules
and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the
Offer, these Terms shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and
conditions.
XII. Jurisdiction Decision of Samsung in relation to the Offer and matter incidental thereto
shall be final and binding on the customer. All disputes shall be governed by
the laws of India. These Terms shall be governed by exclusive laws of India and
the courts located at Gurgaon shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of
all the subject matter with relation to the Offer.
Samsung Never Mind Offer

Q1: What is the Samsung Never Mind offer?


A: Get one time replacement of broken screen by paying Rs. 990, at the time of repair, to the authorized
Samsung service center. Only broken screen will be covered under the Never Mind offer. Scratches on the
screen or damage due to liquid or fluid will not be covered under this Offer.

Q2: Samsung Never Mind offer is applicable on which Samsung Products?


S Series: S8+ 128GB, S8+, S8, S7 edge 128GB, S7 edge, S7, S6 Edge + , S6 Edge 32GB , S6 Edge 64GB ,
S6 32GB and S6 64GB

Q3: What is the Offer Period?


A: The offer is valid across all Samsung Products mentioned above which are purchased and activated in India
between 21stSep17 - 21stOct17 (both dates inclusive)

Q4 Which Outlets/retailers can extend this offer?


A: The offer can be availed at all outlets Pan India, Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store) and any other
e-commerce portals.

Q5: How can I avail the offer?


A: Every customer who has purchased and activated the eligible product (refer Q2) during the offer period
(refer Q3) can avail one time screen replacement of the broken screen.
The offer can be redeemed by paying Rs.990 at the time of replacement of the broken screen. It can be
availed starting from the 7th
day after the date of activation of the product till a period of 12 months, at any
authorized service center of Samsung.
Customer will be required to produce the original invoice issued by the respective outlet at the time of repair.

Q6: What is the amount that I need to pay? Do I have to pay additional taxes on this amount?
A: Customer needs to pay Rs 990 (all inclusive) at the time of replacement of the broken screen to the
authorized service center of Samsung.
Q7: Is the amount fixed or is different for all phones?
A: Broken screen of any of the eligible products (refer Q2) can be replaced by paying Rs 990/- to the
authorized service center of Samsung at the time of its replacement.

Q8: Do I pay the amount when I am buying the phone?


A: No, Customer does not have to pay any additional cost at the time of purchase. Rs. 990 needs to be paid to
the authorized service center of Samsung at the time of redemption of the offer i.e. broken screen
replacement.

Q9: Can I get the screen replaced any time after I purchased the phone?
A: No, One time screen replacement offer of the broken screen can only be availed once starting from 7th
day
post the date of activation of the eligible product (refer Q2) till a period of 12 months.

Q10: Is the offer available if I buy my phone under finance scheme?


A: Yes, The offer is valid on all modes of payments( Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, NBFC etc) as long as the
eligible product (refer Q2) is purchased and activated within the offer period (refer Q3).

Q11: Can the customer get the screen replaced multiple times (by paying 990) in the offer period?
A: No, the offer can be availed only once starting from 7th
day post the date of activation of the eligible
product (refer Q2) till a period of 12 months.

Q12: What if the phone is activated after the offer period, is the offer still applicable?
A: No, the customer will not be eligible to avail the offer in case the eligible product (refer Q2) is activated
outside of the offer period (refer Q3).

Q13: Will I get any confirmation of the offer?


A: Since there is no registration required for this offer, no confirmation will be sent to the consumer.
Customer must retain the original invoice in order to avail the offer.

Q14: Can any other damage be combined with the offer?


A: This offer is only on broken screen replacement and any other repair will be done as per the warranty
terms of Samsung, extra charges may apply (if any) as per the warranty terms.

Q15: I have a scratch on the phone. Can that be claimed?


A: This offer is only on replacement of broken screen at Rs 990/- & any scratches on the phone will not be
eligible for this Offer. Any other damage (warranty void) condition will be chargeable as per Samsung service
policy.

Q16: What if I have lost the invoice?


A: Invoice is mandatory for availing the offer. Customers are requested to retain the original invoice. Without
the invoice the Offer cannot be availed.

Q17: What if I dont avail the offer within 12 months?


A: The offer will lapse if the consumer doesnt avail this offer within 12 months from the date of activation
(i.e. during the offer period (refer Q3)) of the eligible product (refer Q2).
