PRAYER

In the light of issues raised, arguments advanced and authorities cited, the Appellant
humbly submit that the Court may be pleased to adjudge and declare that:

I. The RTI application filed is correct and the audio-video technology does not
come under the ambit of trade secret.

II. The information should be disclosed in larger public interest.

III. The confidentiality clause cannot be applied since the information is not a
trade secret.

And pass any other order as it deems fit in the interest of equity, justice and
good conscience.
