01/2017 07/2017: Glyn High School, Epsom - Secondary School Chemistry Teacher
I have been employed within the GLF Academy group to raise standards within the Chemistry department and
improve maintenance of students through year 11 into year 12. I therefore am currently teaching GCSE and
Key Stage 3 science and Key Stage 5 Chemistry. I am also a form tutor and have several extracurricular
responsibilities. I am Looking to move on to a new role where I can better use my skills.

06/2012 09/2016: Mildenhall College Academy - Secondary School Chemistry Teacher


I worked as a Science teacher with Chemistry specialism. I was also a form tutor. My main responsibilities
included teaching key stages 3-5 and BTEC up to level 3, registration and meeting with parents. I also ensured
health and safety in the workplace.

Sabbatical to Italian specialist laboratory to investigate leukaemia but also to work as a communications

2-year post-doctoral position investigating intracellular proteins. I identified a key molecule in breast cancer
growth which is now a target in chemotherapy. I also taught and ran tutorials for medical students.

reading and editing research and company documentation. Subsequently I digitised this information.
