I disagree for having back Martial LawBut before I state my opinion let me
introduce first what is Martial Law to those people without knowledge about it .
So what is Martial Law?
A Martial Law is the imposition of the highest-ranking military officer as the
military governor or as the head of the government, thus removing all power from the
previous executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government .

I believed that President Rodrigo Duterte has no intention to impose Martial Law ;
it was just one of his throwaway lines. Why would President Rodrigo Duterte
declare a Martial Law if he want to make our country constitutional change? Not
in this kind of principle that leads our country to be free and protected. Theres so
many ways to prevent crimes and lower the criminal rate here in the Philippines
so that our country will not become virulent .

I strongly disagree of implementing back the Martial Law for the reason that it will
cause hundred of life again. Bringing back the history of the former President
Ferdinand Marcos regime, the Martial Law has increased the death rate here in
the Philippines. Surely, Martial Law has promised the total security of the citizen
but it has arose to a new matter. Martial Law has neglected the bias corpus, thus
saying violating the freedom of each individual. Many people have suffered in the
past and it even made them rebel to this kind of principle.

I beg to disagree martial law because many people all over the country shed their
blood in their struggle to oppose his dictatorship and many people were able to
lose their hope on serving their own country just because against their will for
having this kind of system. Implementing this law again would mean no to
freedom to Filipinos again. The sense of being a democratic country would vanish.
I dont want anymore that the system of Martial Law we will be back because
many people will sacrifice and they cannot achieved anymore the freedom for
their life. Theres more young people that truly wants to achieve the most
prospect for their life.

Democratic systems everywhere are at risk, unless they change to meet the
demands of frustrated publics. But through martial law? If wont happen.
