Introduction
Generally speaking, when teaching a foreign language in gymnasium, literature is
not seen as one of the most productive ways of developing integrated skills with students.
Somehow, it comes on a third place, after grammar and vocabulary. Literature is actually a
very effective method of combining grammar and vocabulary and a domain which
challenges the students creativity. Children are captured by the diversity of stories, they
are happy to share their ideas in groups and play games or role-plays. They are
familiarized with some universal stories and are curious how they sound in English.

Language competences:
- students will enrich their vocabulary;
- students will recognize the grammatical structures they have already learnt and will
familiarize with new one in certain contexts;
- students will improve their pronunciation;
- students will be able to practice listening activities and understand sounds differences;
- students will practice reading using different intonations;
- students will be able to solve text- understanding tasks;
- students will draw some literary works;
- students will write some scenarios as follow-up activities to the read texts;
