My name is Radu V.

Moraru and I have just graduated from The National

Highschool Nicolae Grigorescu from Cmpina, Mathemathics and Informatics
profile with extra Informatics classes. The intention of becoming student of the
Faculty of Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics owes, on one hand,
to the exact sciences, such as Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, and, on the
other hand, to the wide reputation of this superior educational institution.
I found out the educational offer of the Faculty of Economic Cybernetics,
Statistics and Informatics of Bucharest not only from its present students, but
also from the website of the institution that I have been following with
frequency.
I would particularly enjoy being a student of this faculty, as I am truly
keen on the its specific field of study and I have always been fascinated by the IT
branch. I have always been surrounded by role models who have breathed me
into the idea of great professional careers. Most of all, there is my father, a
marine engineer, who taught me what professional competence, dedication and
passion for a job really mean. I am eager to acquire all these values and a high
level of expertise while studying at the Faculty of Economic Cybernetics,
Statistics and Informatics.
My expectations suppose that during the educational processes I would
be able to achieve the skills and the knowledge that would reassure my success
in the field of work towards which I am aspiring. I am going to apply for a part-
time job, so that the theoretical aspects would be totally completed by the
experience gained throughout practice. Moreover, I am going to carry on my
academic studies with a master programme offered as well by the Faculty of
Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics.
During highschool, I took part actively in all kinds of extracurricular
events and activities, as I occupied the function of the head of Department of
Mobility, Information and Formation of the highschool and, implicitly, member of
the Pupils Council. Thus, my team and I, we created the website of our
highschool which helped spread the news on our pupils and theachers
achievements. I was also elected the editor in chief of our journal, Ecogrig and I
had the chance to coordinate various projects, especially volunteering activities.
The one that touched me the most and that had an emotional impact on me was
teaching the unfortunate children from the local orphanage how to propely use
the computer.
I hope that the Faculty of Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics
will play an important part in my life and I am ready to participate in as many
academic activities as possible. I would like to become member of the Students
Association and to be active at their meetings, as I devoutly believe in the idea of
a group that entirely represents the students interests and wishes. Therefore,
taking part in the meetings means that I am going not only to make proof of my
oraganization and communication skills, but also to grow as a digital and
software developer.
I believe that the Faculty of Economic CSI (scrie tu tot numele!!!!!) totally
meets my personal profile and my future career plans, as I am fully characterized
by the organization spirit, seriousness, eagerness to take part in different
activities and the real desire to learn new things.
 University means to me not only a superior educational institution, but
also the place where I am going to cultivate myself as a specialist and, above all,
as a young man that will step confidently and fully prepared in life.
