The data given is numerical data. This data shows patterns in the companys sales by

displaying information regarding sales dates, customers and products.

2. What can the data be used for?

This data allows the management staff to track and visualize the companys performance.

This can be done by creating graphs and chart from the numerical data provided.

3. What is the purpose of each column of data?

Each column displays the numerical quantity of sales based on the columns subject,

allowing the comparison between subjects. The subject may be a specific product,

customer, brand or region.

4. List ten questions that this data could answer.

1. Is there a pattern in sales?

2. Is there a specific product that increases your sales?

3. Is there a possibility of increasing sales in any country?

4. Is there room for increasing sales with any customer?

5. How much profit is the company making from these sales?

6. Does any country lean more for any specific type of product, for example dairy or

produce?

7. Does any customer have a preference for any specific product brand? If so, why?

8. Should any product be retired from the market or replaced?

9. Which product is the most profitable?

10. Which product is least profitable?

5. Discuss the details of this data set.

This data shows sales based on four different categories. These are the product, customer,

and region. With the visualization of this data, top brands and products can be shown and

sought, with the purpose of increasing its availability and profitability. This data allows

the management staff to seek room for growth in sales and opportunities to increase the

companys overall profits.
