1. In this module, you learned about nine categories of technology (in Video 4.) Which
category would your technology tool fall into? (If it would fall into multiple
categories, please list them.)

My technology tool falls into Instructional media since it is primarily a video with
instructions and examples about a specific topic such as answering a phone call using
proper vocabulary. It also might be considered as an instructional media as long as it
allows students to check their understating with the use of a quiz.

2. In this module, you also learned about Gagne's six events of instruction (in Video 5.)
When thinking about your objective and the technology tool that you selected,
during which event would you use this tool?

Id use my the tool I chose during the guided practice since this tool gives examples about
what students have to do along the individual practice. The tool I chose will give them the
necessary understanding to simulate a phone call from a company.

3. Please give a brief description of how you would use this technology tool in the
event of instruction that you specified.

I would use it in order to help my students to get all the necessary information required
when making a formal phone call since they are studying management assistance and
they will get a lot of formal phone calls. I am going to ask them to watch the video, take
notes and then ask questions if necessary.
