1. Install with Adobe ID.

(Exactly that, create one if you dont have any)

2. Add the Photoshop directory as an exclusion to your antivirus. (yes, amtlib.dll
is considered malware/hacktool)
3. Overwrite the amtlib.dll in C:/Program Files/Adobe with the one provided in the
download.
