VR 360 ART
PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
Virtual reality is having a big impact in the domain of art
and creativity.
VR 360 ART is a unique project aiming to unite the world's
most recognizable brands with Art and Virtual Reality.
The art is no longer restricted to the canvas only and that
Virtual Reality technology brings the spectator inside the
artwork with Oculus and Google Glass devices.
We are planning to visit over 10 countries over the next
year allowing thousands of people to be able to feel this
immersive experience.

After this tour, we will have charity auction where all


paintings will be sold and all money will go to the charity!

PROJECT FINANCING Patent agreement on
rights to use
Sky Arts Production started Worlds Brands project paintings
5 years ago, 2 years spent on selection of the
artist, who could paint such paintings.

Assets
- Paintings worth more than $2 mln, 100 paintings
are in China, the rest in a special warehouse. Read

- 15 paintings about brands (created for 3 years),
each costs $20,000, according to the contract with
the artist. Total value is $300,000.

Assessment\company value
We estimate our company worth $10 mln and
ready to sell 20% of the company for $2 mln.
Money will go to further the negotiations on this
project.
PROJECT FINANCING
Investments
Our company is considering the possibility of
attracting venture capital investor, who will invest in
the project up to $2 mln.
We spent $150,000 on artist selection, marketing and
promotion.

Further costs are:


$50,000 on project presentation creation, $100,000
for hiring American consulting company to
conducting negotiations with Facebook, Oculus and
Google. At the time of signing the contract, investor
must transfer the rest of the amount to company
account as a final payment for 20% of shares.
PROJECT FINANCING
Individual agent for attraction of $2 mln investment
will get 5% of the amount and a 1% royalty.

Monetization
After signing the agreement with Facebook, Oculus
and Google:
We plan to open IT office in Kyiv, which will
develop virtual worlds for paintings. $2-4 mln is the
annual budget, with a profit of $1-2 mln
Promotion of the artist's works and the author
Svyatoslav Bazyuk. Profit will be $5mln within 5-10
years
Receive orders from leading Art centers and
museums on this technology (5-10 years profit $10-
100 mln)
Attraction Discovery channel filming for a TV
program on how to develop the Art startup born in
Ukraine to promote the project on the global
market.

SVYAT BAZUYK
Its a common knowledge that you cant say everything, talk about everything
under any circumstances, and, finally, not everyone can talk about anything.
Any surrealistic creation tosses a challenge to these restrictions indicated by
Foucault, and not afraid to be caught in madness and irrationality.
By blending reality in unexpected combinations, surrealist gains the main right:
to speak freely about important things under any circumstances.
His paintings reveal that refection on phenomena, contexts and their relations are boundless. It may be any
interpretation. The peculiarity of this freedom lies in immersion. Spirals, funnels lead deep into theme, history,
image. Refection becomes infinite, like Alices fall down a rabbit hole. Author encourages a breakthrough in
disorder, opens a new world of understanding and metaphors. In this inner world one should be ready for
new encounters: as, with a mysterious personality who may be either a soulmate or enemy. Its not like
phantasmagoria of Bosch or hallucinations of Dali, its a bizarre direction of reality in a prism of imagination. Not
only Bazyuk`s imagination, audience is an indispensable creator of meanings. The artist masterfully creates a
space for conversation and portals leading into the depths.

Svyatoslav was born on April 7, 1978 in Krasnoperekopsk (Crimea), graduated from State University of Chemical
Technology (Dnepropetrovsk). He mastered painting by his own efforts, as the desire to create prevailed over
the received qualification. Bazyuk has held two exhibitions: in 2012, during a private event, an in 2013
a personal exhibition Absuart (Art-Prichal gallery, Kyiv).
