GENERALIZATION

The act classifies violence against women and children as

public crime. Most of the despondence is aware of this
republic act 9262, but some have only limited knowledge
about it. Our survey shows that most of them are
knowledgeable about this republic act 9262 and they
understand it. Some are fully aware of the provisions written
in the law and some of them only know that it is against the
law to hurt women and their children.
R.A 9262 has many provisions but only some are known by
the public. It would be best; if there will be more effort from
the government in informing the public about all its
provisions.
