73 questions Taylor Swif

As is now tradition for the magazine's cover girls, Taylor Swift gamely partook in the "73 Questions"
video interview a series of mostly inane questions about life, love, lawyers, and hummus in
footage accompanying her new Vogue cover. Except wait, there aren't actually 73 questions in the
video!! Thanks to a lot of math happening in the Cosmopolitan.com office this afternoon, we've
verified that there are actually only 70 questions asked/answered. This is an outrage.

70. Any pre-show rituals?


Yeah, I stretch, I warm up my voice, and then my band and dancers and I get in a huddle, and it's
just good vibes.

69. Most memorable career moment so far?


I think filming the "Bad Blood" video was my favorite memory.

I'm just working out and getting ready for Grammys.

I record a voice memo of myself singing it, or I write it down in my notes.

44. What's one habit you wish you could break?


Well, when I'm sitting there, I usually just do this [vibrates leg] with my leg, and people think that
I'm nervous, and then they get nervous, and then everybody's nervous.
41. What's something you will not be doing in 10 years?
Something I will not be doing in 10 years? I'll be 36 [and] I really hope I won't be stressed about
the idea of turning 40. I hope that aging is not something that really freaks me out.

39. If you were not a singer, what would you be doing?


I might be in advertising, maybe like coming up with slogans and concepts [it's] the same as
hooks and songs.

37. What can you say in another language?


I can count to 10 in German. [Taylor does so.]

Vodka Diet Coke.

I can't do a cartwheel or a handstand.

High-waisted stuff.

I'm pleasantly surprised by the fact that I tell my friends absolutely everything and it never ends up
getting out.

My boyfriend planted an olive tree in my yard for Christmas.

I grew up in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, and I liked the fact that it had a lot of historic buildings.

My insecurities.

Coachella.

8. What's the one thing you wish you knew at age 19?
If I could talk to my 19-year-old self, I'd just say, "Hey, you know, you're gonna date just like a
normal twentysomething should be allowed to but you're going to be a national lightning rod for
slut-shaming."

That karma's real.

4. Why do you think you're the most followed person on Instagram?


Because my cats are adorable.

2. What advice would you give to anyone who wants to become a singer?
Get a good lawyer.
