Project on to reduce the delivery time for the Product cost analysis from 30 days
to 10 days by Simplifying & Formalizing the excel tool & made error proof
template (BOM preparation, Should-Cost analysis, Executive summary for gap
analysis, Part variation report)
Implemented many Poke yoke & Top down process flow analysis and reduced the
process variation & reduced PPM.
Project on Clip Assembly Automation ( To reduce cycle time & eliminate clip
miss issue)

additional flash without increasing cycle time by error proofing method.

Quality Control/ Quality Assurance


Ensuring smooth implementation and maintenance of the QMS program such as
APQP, PPAP, FMEA and TS 16949:2009. Handling all quality assurance issues like
process control initiatives, root cause analysis, internal & external auditing,
MSA, etc.

and keeping critical parameters under control through tool SPC and process
validation & customer specific requirements.
