We will fly as a main group from JFK on Aer Lingus, Irish Airlines. Our
quotations are based on airfare predictions for 2018 in economy seating.
Once the Airlines Group Department is able to formalize our
arrangements, we will notify early registrants and, as requested, we will
ask about the cost for upgrades. For travelers distant from JFK, we will
help you with flight arrangements to meet the group in JFK for our
departure together.

We know that many of you who are interested in this tour have been to
London and points nearby, so we chose to make the best advantage of
traveling within Scotland, Northern and Southern Ireland. We are working
on an extension program to England and will send out information on this
optional tour later.

Our tour includes outstanding hotel accommodations with buffet breakfast
daily, 6 dinners, many entrance fees, private guides and transportation,
and time / space of independent exploration. As always, when dinners are
not included, we will be delighted to have your company to dine together!

PROGRAM COST $4799
Given the current exchange rates and forecasted group airfare, sharing
double or twin room, and our usual group size of 42 or more, the tour cost
will be: $4799 per person. Single supplements and triple reductions are
available upon request. We will offer group trip insurance before
payments would be in jeopardy for refund.

Please send us your place-holder REFUNDABLE deposit of $300 per

Your deposit will be refundable until December 15, 2017. We will send out
further financial details about the group in early December. It will include
details about additional registration materials, passport ID, insurance and
updates relevant to our program. We will be in touch with you frequently
throughout the winter and will plan a group gathering in early summer
2018.
