dues at that time were calculated to be Rs. 10 million approximately.
Out of the aforesaid amount, he was paid an amount of Rs. 5 million
through a cheque at the time of his leaving. An amount of Rs. 2.8 million
was adjusted against a personal loan. The remaining amount of Rs. 2.1
million was kept outstanding which is yet to be paid.
3. That the Client passed a substantial period of his life at the organization
and had fond and cherished memories in relation to his days there. In
this view of the things, he never insisted on early payment of his
remaining dues and as a result of his past experience relating to the
administration, hoped that the outstanding dues shall soon be
reimbursed. However, that was not to happen.
4. That in the meantime the Client got busy with his own issues relating to
personal and business life. He kept reminding the administration orally
through telephone regarding the outstanding amount of Rs. 2.1 million.
He was assured every time that his dues would be cleared but to no
