SUBJECT: Legal Notice Recovery of Dues

Dear Sir,

(hereinafter the Client) who has instructed me to send you the
following

LEGAL NOTICE

1. That the Client joined your organization in August 2000 as

______________. He kept working for another 15 years during which
period various responsibilities were assigned to him which he carried
out to the satisfaction of his seniors. As a result of his satisfactory
performance he was promoted __________ times. His last assignment
was as _________.

2. That the Client left the organization in February 2015. His outstanding
dues at that time were calculated to be Rs. 10 million approximately.
Out of the aforesaid amount, he was paid an amount of Rs. 5 million
through a cheque at the time of his leaving. An amount of Rs. 2.8 million
was adjusted against a personal loan. The remaining amount of Rs. 2.1
million was kept outstanding which is yet to be paid.

remaining dues and as a result of his past experience relating to the
administration, hoped that the outstanding dues shall soon be
reimbursed. However, that was not to happen.
4. That in the meantime the Client got busy with his own issues relating to
personal and business life. He kept reminding the administration orally
through telephone regarding the outstanding amount of Rs. 2.1 million.
He was assured every time that his dues would be cleared but to no
effect.

the administration requiring them to do the needful. The following is a

6. The Client feels sad and dejected to state that all the reminders
remained unresponded and he was left with no choice but to send this
notice as a last resort.

7. In view of above you are hereby required to pay the outstanding

amount of Rs. 2.1 million within three days of receipt of this Legal
Notice failing which the aforesaid amount shall be recovered with
compound interest of 15% p.a. at your own risks and costs.
