TOFF LAMUS
Chief Justice Staff
Supreme Court of the Philippines

Dear Sir Lamus:

Good Day!

We, 4th year Bachelor of Arts in Political Science students from Adamson University, are currently
working on our thesis entitled The Boons and Banes of the Enhanced Justice on Wheels Project of
the Supreme Court as Perceived by the Marginalized Beneficiaries in Bulacan and Rizal: Basis for
Policy Initiative. The principal objective of this study is to know the advantages and disadvantages of
the Enhanced Justice on Wheels Project of the Supreme Court in the province of Bulacan and Rizal.

We are writing this letter to express our intent to hopefully be endorsed to the proper committee handling
the Enhanced Justice on Wheels in order for us to obtain information or data that is relevant and will
make our study a better one. In this regard, we would like to ask for an interview subject to your
convenience in relation to our thesis.

Rest assured that all the data gathered will be treated with utmost confidentiality and for academic
purposes only. Attached herewith is a copy of the questions formulated for the course of the interview.

If you have any questions or concerns, you may reach Alexandra Jane R. Fabella at 09159985476.

We are hoping for a positive response. Thank you and God bless.

Sincerely yours,

Alexandra Jane R. Fabella
