Plant
Camomile is a sweetly aromatic annual growing up to 60cm, with finely cut leaves and white
flower heads. It grows wild and is cultivated in much of Europe and other temperate regions.
The seeds are sown in spring or autumn and the flower heads are picked in summer at full
bloom.

Ingredients
0.3-1.5% essential oil (-bisabolol, bisabololoxid, chamazulen, proazulenes, farnesine,
spiroether), flavonoids, cumarins, tannins, bitter glycosides (anthemic acid).
