Dedication:
I dedicate the contents of this book to my Mom,
Dad, husband, kids and the Mother Nature I
encounter in each one of us. My mom gave me a
wonderful childhood I am very grateful for.

At one point in my life I felt so overwhelmed and

told my dad I wanted to give up everything and go
back to India. I did not want to be part of raising
my kids. My dad firmly asked me to be the parent
who would be there for their kids.

I feel ashamed now to think that even for a

second I was willing to walk away from my kids.
Without my dad I would have fallen apart. I am
so grateful to have his guidance in my life.

My husband initially challenged me to be better

than who I was and together we learnt from one
another. He is my greatest teacher and my one
true love.

I told my eldest son, The women in Russia during

the trauma inside the school building had a choice
of staying with their kids or leaving taking the
youngest one to safety. If it happened I want to
let you know I would have stayed.

Now I feel all was played out for me to learn all

my lifes lessons in a loving way.

Introduction:
Ancient Vedic scriptures describe the 3 debts we
are here to pay during our lifetime.

I came across these readings while pursuing my

research for my medical book on Meridian
Medicine. I briefly described these on my
Meridian Medicine book.

I felt this subject needed its own book.

So I am explaining what I had learned so far

about life.

This book is my understanding of Vedic

Scriptures and has my own opinion regarding how
this is to be interpreted to live life in a relaxed
manner.

As Ralph Emerson said

If you helped
another life breath easier;
because you lived
then you succeeded.

My goal is to let you breath easy so you are ok

where you are!

The 3 Debts

The 3 Debts we are here to pay are:

1. Ancestral Debt
2. Teachers Debt
3. Gods Debt

To understand the how this debt works I will

describe the process the Soul undergoes when we
choose to come into this life.

As a Soul is given the broader perspective of

what it has to learn The Soul chooses the parents
they need to help to achieve this goal.

So a child comes into this world to help his or her

parents.

The first process that happens is creation of

Silver threads to form life cords.

There are 3 Silver threads that attaches to the

soul and helps initialize the Physical existence of
our being.

The details of this concept are explained by
Master Choa Kok Sui who is the founder of Pranic
healing and Arhatic Yoga in his book called
Meditation on the Soul.

I heard about the Silver threads concept by

various Saints - who when they want to end their
physical existence used to withdraw these
threads one by one to terminate their physical
existence.

The first thread is the Physical body which is the

one that connects the tip of the tongue to the
Soul.

This is the reason for the special Mudra

(meditation) which curls the tip of the tongue on
the palate. Earth Energy is absorbed by Spleen
which completes at the tip of the tongue per
Meridian Theory.

This is described as Kecheri Mudra.

Saints I heard through anecdotes were able to
bring their tongue backwards and sometimes
completely close their tracheal passage and can
remain breathless for a prolonged period of time.

Lahiri Mahasaya the grandfather lineage of
Paramahamsa Yogananda was well known for this
Mudra. Mudra means a special sign done
spiritually to convey a special meaning.

The second thread is from the Umbilical area.

This thread is to connect the emotional body to
the Soul.

The third thread is the one that connects the

Pineal body to the Soul. Once these threads are
withdrawn the soul is retracted and the physical
death happens per Vedic scriptures. That is the
reason Krishna in Bhagavad-Gita said that There
is no death of the Soul.

I am going to briefly explain how this all plays out

in real life and for the modern times.

To anchor the first Silver thread the Soul takes

hold of the semen and walks inside hand in hand
per scriptures. Then the Physical thread is
created.

This thread is anchored in the Physical heart of

the body and is called by Master Choa as the
Physical Permanent Seed.

This seed has the inscriptions of the purpose
that we are here in this world otherwise called
Karma and the lessons we need to learn.

This thread gets associated with ancestral debt.

So the first connection we receive in this world is
through our fathers the paternal link.

The second Silver thread is called Emotional

Permanent Seed which is located in the area of
the liver but this is not a physical location.

This happens through the Umbilical area.

Medically the umbilical vessels form and nourish
the fetus.

They anchor near the liver and circulate the fetal

body and its developing circulation system.

The second Silver thread the Emotional

Permanent Seed is associated with Teachers
Debt.

Teachers in our lifetime are anyone who helps us

learn about life whether it is good lesson or bad
lesson they are our teachers.

The first teacher we meet once we open our eyes

is our Mother. Per Vedic Scriptures mothers
word precedes Gods word.

The way we were taught:
Mother first Teacher
Father second Teacher
Teachers third Teacher
God fourth Teacher

The third Silver thread is the final en-soulment

process in the viability of the fetal life. This
happens in the 7th month of Pregnancy.

This thread is associated with Gods Debt.

Master Choa Kok Sui explains that this is the

Mental Permanent Seed and its physical location
is the Pineal Gland of the brain.

In Autobiography of the Yogi Paramahamsa

Yogananda explains the process of final
surrender called Nirvikalpa Samadhi where he
helps with the final withdrawal process of their
soul for his disciples.

Yogananda helps them to finish the completion of

the process and not to carry any lingering
memory of the attachments formed in this world.

How does this process works?

1. Ancestral Debt

This is the concept behind the family secrets in

the closet. We are here to be part of this healing
process because we came here to help our
parents deal with this issue.

So the first thing to do is to release ourselves

from this debt and release all our ancestors
inside us.

If we are lucky and we came into a life of the

parents who have done tremendous good in their
lifetime our debts gets paid quicker and we can
go on to real life lessons faster.

The longer we hold on to the family issues and

family secrets it takes a prolonged time to heal
this issue.

By chance we have done lots of good and paid off

little bit of Gods debt then God is kind to help us
pay the other debts in our life in return.

If we are lucky through our children we get

released from this ancestral debt.

Sometimes this release happens due to Foster
children, Grandchildren. Sometimes it could be
Foster parents, Grand Parents who are the ones
we need to help and be helped by too.

2. Teachers Debt

Mothers are the first one the child sees the

minute he opens his or her eyes and makes a
constant connection. The first teacher is the
Mother figure who cares for this child could be
biological or the adult who places the Mother
Spirit in his or her life.

Mothers give us our inner values. They are the

one who tell us what works in this world and what
does not. They give us guidelines for our lives.

In the book Autobiography of the Yogi

Paramahamsa Yogananda meets his spiritual
teacher Yukteswar.

Yogananda when he met his teacher for the first

time - Yukteswar asks him Would you accept me
as your Teacher and would you have enough love
for me in your heart so that you can point out
when I am not doing the right thing.

He explains by his word a Teacher is the one you

expect to help you learn the things the correct
way.

But if they are not in the right we have the duty

to inform them otherwise and guide them back
with love.

So if we are lucky we get a wonderful Mother. If
not we become the teacher and guide her back to
the correct ways.

I had a colleague Dr. Richard Perry. He died of

Pancreatic Cancer. He was very spiritual and he
taught some of these things I am explaining in
this book.

Dr. Perry was the one who told me The purpose

we are in this world is to release us first and
release all our ancestors in us.

Dr. Perry said he sometimes had to parent his

mother and used to tell aloud When I am with
you I am not afraid and I am not alone. He said
actually he was saying that aloud to Mother
Spirit to him that meant the Christ nature in a
person.

He became his mothers Teacher.

Dr. Perry said his mother used to draw strength
from his words.

The other Teachers are the ones that have a

relationship in our lives whether this is at work,
home, situations or learning experiences.

Once we pay the Teachers Debt we can become a
Teacher in another persons life just by being an
example and living the life to the fullest extent.

3. Gods Debt

God creates lots of debt. For example Tsunamis

of the world. Many other things that happens in
this world that is beyond our control.

Who do you think has to clean up after God?

The beauty about paying back Gods Debt is that

this fulfills our soul. By doing what is Gods work
he repays us by giving back life gifts multiplied
million fold in ways we cannot even comprehend.

I have experienced this in my life. The minute I

did something - just because this was the right
thing to do I will get a unexpected gift in my
life which I have never experienced before.

Sometimes this could be something that was a

hurdle in my path and suddenly things fall into
place seamlessly.

Sometimes I will come across some people or

books that would have the exact answer I need.
This will help me expand into a new direction in
my life journey.

Once we have paid all our Debts back in a way
that is acceptable to the divinity inside us we
permit ourselves to accept the accolade that
comes our way and believe we are worthy of the
Gifts life has to offer.

The only person who can permit us to accept the

gifts life has to offer is ourselves.

Once we remove the entire blockage that holds

us back in perceiving this inner peace and love we
can truly achieve a prosperous life; Rich with
Spiritual Freedom all lifes Debts paid off and
truly be - The perfect Human being we intended
to be.

It is easier being a God. The hardest part is

being Human. That is why God choose to be in
Heaven. Let me tell you you would have earned
Gods respect by this point.

a ripple effect in our lives.
When things happen to us,
