4. SEALE TRES CONCLUSIONES SOBRE EL POTENCIAL MINERO EN

EL PER

-En el Mioceno se ha producido la mayor cantidad de oro y plata en la Cordillera

Occidental y Altiplano, donde se ha obtenido ms de 1 400 t de oro y 70 000 t de
plata.

-La actividad minera en el pas es histricamente la de mayor impacto en la Para

el equipo, ha quedado muy claro que en nuestro pas la minera ha sido y es la
palanca de desarrollo y crecimiento de nuestro pas. Donde pretende minimizar su
efecto integrador y descentralizador, su capacidad de generar cadenas
productivas, su gran aporte econmico, social, ambiental y laboral es no querer
mirar nuestra realidad y darle la espalda al progreso del Per.

-La minera nacional sigue siendo un motor de desarrollo para la economa

nacional. El actual proceso de regionalizacin presenta nuevos retos para este
sector y para las autoridades, quienes tendrn que trabajar coordinadamente con
el gobierno central y las empresas para mantener la competitividad de este sector.
