Veda and right of access on studies of Veda

Some people with stakes (with a fear of shutting their Dukandari / profession) or out of
ignorance are usually found saying that, Veda / their contents can be read / recited /
studied only by a specific VarNa / caste (by birth) and by people who wear sacred
thread / Yagyo-Paveet (wearing of the thread / Yagyo-Paveet is only a Sankaar to keep
note of certain essential duties). This statement or concept is neither approved by Veda
nor any VarNa and caste etc are by birth. VarNa is division of profession under taken by
an individual as per ones capability, environment and choice and has no bearing on
birth alone in any specific family. It may be found that, children of high and mighty
families could be found doing most evil deeds and children of poor and not so well to do
families can be found to do blissful deeds. Acts and performance of every individual
depends on environment and Sanskaar (training) imparted to one.

The following is a Veda Mantra that says contents / knowledge of Veda is open to all
and none is forbidden from its blissful language. Thus, none has a specific right /
authority nor denial of access to Veda.

(Yajurveda 26 / 2)

This Mantra has Upmaalankaar (it is grammatical part). God directs / preaches through
Veda that, all the four Veda and their blissful teachings are for the welfare of all VarNa
(BrahmaNa, Kashtriya, Vaishya and Shoodra = persons of category / professions of
spirituality acts, persons in occupation of warfare, people of business community and
servants class). None is forbidden from its contents / teachings. Like donation is dear to
Vidvaan / Pandit (learned / scholar) for their services rendered to their disciples /
students similarly, Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient God is dear, delightful and
blissful to all. Thus, you all (every human being) should also be delightful and blissful.
By doing so, your desired works / desires will be accomplished.
