Mrs AH, 70F, Dublin, 2W ago with a lump on right chest with a background of flu
like symptoms 2M ago.

HPC
2M ago before christmas, she presented with 1W hx of non specific flu like
symptoms such as muscle pain, joint pain, fatigue, dry cough, low grade fever and
dull chest pain.

She also had a small lump on the right side of chest at the insertion site of
pacemaker. The lump was about 2x4cm in size, painful to touch, no discharge or
skin changes.

She said the lump was progressively getting bigger and painful. Together with it,
the chest pain was also progressively worse. She said the chest pain was at right
side of chest near the lump, it was constant in nature. She describes the pain as
sharp pain, no radiation, nothing makes it worse or better and she rate as 4/10.

She denied any weight loss, night sweats, SOB, orthopnoea, PND.

Complained of palpitations 1 month prior to the symptoms which they had


repaired the pacemaker.
