BACKGROUND:
In the workplace, what matters most is results. Promotions, customer satisfaction, productivity,
and profitability are all dependent on results. This being the base, there is a need to continually, take
care, sustain, and, most of all, improve results. A dynamic improvement in results essentially means
progressive and proactive change applications. Genuine and effective change, however, is not outside-in,
it is inside-out. Systemic and structural change in the workplace, therefore, may not suffice, just as
genuine and effective change may not be legislated, neither can it be imposed. It has to originate from a
very personal and individual decision from each and every stakeholder.
The following principles must serve as our forthright guide as we go through this course: we cannot
change our results without changing our behaviour; we cannot change our behaviour without changing
our attitude; we cannot change our attitude without changing our thinking (paradigm).
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course aptly integrates values, leadership, and team building into one, because an employee is
one indivisible, integral whole person. He is ideally and expectedly a person of exemplary character, a
leader, and a team player. He cannot be lesser than such a blending.
Furthermore, this course is ultimately created to satisfy ERT Corporations business resolve to
maximize expected and ideal productivity, profitability and business expansions.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the session, the participants will be able to:
Identify causes and reasons why people fail or succeed in the workplace and in life in general.

as customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.
Understand and internalize the values of Integrity, Accountability, and Focus, as employees and
leaders, in order to effectively and comprehensively contribute to the growth of the company.
Learn the ways and strategies of doing, behaving, and looking at things in a positive, holistic and
integrative way in order to satisfy customers and live up to the expectations of the company.
Imbibe the value of working not just because of their responsibility but by virtue of
accountability, dignity, and spirituality.
Absorb and appreciate the great advantage of working not just for personal success but for the
success of the company, from which they draw their familys daily sustenance, and a source of
happiness and dignity because of the spirit of SERVICE to people, in general, and to customers, in
particular.
Improve their capacity to lead, relate with co-employees, deal with problems in their everyday
routine, and translate problems into opportunities, thus ensuring the companys growth and
expansion.
